Love this place. It's on the 118. I hardly want other to know about it, but I can't be greedy. We find really neat pieces here. This time some garden art for $5. I don't go through the clothes to much, because they are sorted by color vs. size. Most Goodwills do that though. read more

The store has a funky smell to it, lots of clothes to select from but not really unique like other goodwills. One thing for sure was the staff was helpful and friendly. I stpped in looking around while I waiting for some family members. It is cool to see what people will buy and bring. I felt as if I was going through someones grandparents garage andy everything is nice and organized yet it is things that have extended their stay in the home. I thought to myself, "so this is how this stuff landed here". I personally like when the shops are set up as boutiques and can supply the public with new and used merchandise. read more

I've been thrifting at this goodwill for a solid couple of years and it's just gotten worse and worse to shop at. Management and employees have always been rude, I remember in 2013 when they accused a friend of mine of stealing a jacket that she had worn in, boy that was interesting. but tonight was definitely the most frustrating situation I've been in at a stupid thrift store. My boyfriend and I stepped inside the establishment a solid 36 minutes before closing time. 10 minutes into our visit, as I'm browsing the disgusting shoe selection, I hear "WE CLOSE IN 10 MINUTES" yelled from the front of the store and at the time, I wasn't looking at my phone & thought "weird but whatever". I walked toward the sweaters, and found some decent vintage pieces. As I walked back to where my boyfriend was at the wall of men's shirts, I showed him some of the things I found. then the annoying lady with blonde hair, who I believe is the store manager, literally walked towards us and said "we closed.I can't do past 8, we closed." pretty done with the place, I walked up to the counter and the other annoying Asian lady rings me up promptly, and instead of giving me my change into my OPEN HAND THAT WAS REACHED OUT, she sets it down on the counter, sighs obnoxiously and walks away. before the white guy yelled at us "have a great night!", I checked my phone. It was 6 minutes till 8 pm. Thanks so much for losing me as a customer, I'm sure you don't give a shit about your customers though, since obviously you don't care about your store hours! 6 minutes. My rating is based exclusively on the donation drop off experience. I've made a number of donations since moving to town and have found the volunteers friendly and helpful. The number of donors there when I've been there have each been processed promptly. read more

Only gave 1 star because they make you. It would be zero for sure. 2 major problems: First, they took my return bag when I went in the door, but didn't give me any kind of ticket. When I went to check out, they acted like they couldn't remember this or find my bag. They finally found it but sort of acted like they thought I was making it up at first. Second, my return was from the Santa Monica store so they wouldn't take it. And this was after I had found items for my little daughter for the exchange that I still had to buy because I couldn't disappoint her like that. They couldn't show me ANYWHERE on any return policy that it had to go back to the same store, but they kept telling me this. It didn't say it on the receipt or on any of the return policy signs in the store. They should tell you this BEFORE you pick out your new items. I donate literally thousands of dollars of my personal items to Goodwill every year. And the wouldn't give me my $13 exchange credit. Nice customer service. read more

Over priced for second hand stuff. Sue won't deal. There is no deal at this goodwill. I give it one star because u can't rate zero.

I don't expect anything special for being a regular customer, or for asking questions in a polite manner. I found an antique mirror that I put on hold. Then I found a shelf that was part of the mirror in another part of the store. The mirror actually had hardware attached in a bag to attach the shelf. I asked the nice cashier to ask the Manager if it should be one set price, instead of two prices. I realize supervisors sometimes get tired of people asking for discounts. I get that. But they were going to sell the shelf without the wall hanging attachments. Yes, I understand if they were separated in the warehouse, it would be difficult for a worker know every item in the store and realize it was a set. But when it was brought up to the store manager, her response was 'they are separate because they came in separate'. I'm sorry, but you need to brush up on common sense and retail manners. I wasn't expecting much, but normally a set would be a tiny bit less than two separate pieces. Yes, the Goodwill helps get people jobs and offers low prices to people who can't afford new merchandise. But, it is a retail store that succeeds for all the same reasons other retail succeeds. Convenience, quality of goods, price, and customer service. Because a lot of people ask for discounts for superfluous reasons doesn't justify not listening with empathy and good-will to those who have legit reasons. Perhaps the company will notice the Yelps and do something to improve. Two stars for the Store Manager, four stars for the other employees= 3 stars read more

Pulling up in the work truck would spook peiple all the same. But knowing your trying to help others with what you donate, in the long run, is a win win for everyone. But to be treated with total disrespect by some lady at this establishment was uncalled for. read more
