It is evident that they select the very best of things to sell because it is supporting a great cause. It will be my go to place to buy stuff and donate things. One of the things that will keep me coming back besides the great selection of stuff you never knew you needed and that it supports the Hospice of the Valley, is the manager and the people who work there. The store is very organized and has daily sales. When you first walk in look on the front racks to see the daily specials. There are two colors each day that are marked down half price. There is also a senior day on Tuesdays where you will receive a good discount. You will see the typical items. The women's clothing is separated by sleeveless, t shirts, blouses, short sleeve, long sleeve, knit, sweaters, jackets, athletic, skirts, pants, maternity, pj's & shorts. There are lots of purses, shoes, jewelry, sunglasses, and everything else you might need. Self check out where a staff member is usually present to help you in the event there's an issue. I tried on 8-9 pants of men and women cuz I had to get a pair of khaki for a work thing. I got an $8 pair that had half price color of the day so it was $4. Everything I got was only a couple bucks and all nice stuff. 2 travel cosmetic bags, small purse super cute and I'll post pics. They had a lot of great belts, actually leather. Lots of dog harness and dog items. It's a great store. THEY ACTUALLY HAVE 3 dressing rooms so you can try stuff on. Thankful and grateful cuz I was there an hour trying on every khaki pants I could find. I wandered thru the buy by the pound fenced off section and everything over there looked newish, clean, ironed. The main store was HUGE, offering all clothes at 50% on that day, shoes, electronics, furniture, houseware, glassware, tableware, books, CDs, accessories, etc. - basically everything you'd expect at a thrift store! Prices are on the items itself or signs nearby. See photos of prices attached to this review. It was very organized and neat throughout. The outlet section was located at the front and was fenced off from the rest of the store. Prices are either individually marked or per pound and vary by types of items, with some items having a minimum purchase amount of 1 pound (see orange sign in photos attached to this review). There were approximately 8 blue bins to sift through, and bins are restocked daily, but by the time I arrived most of them were mostly empty (although to be fair, I did come on a Saturday near store closing). Ultimately, I didn't end up buying anything, as I used this initial visit as a way to become familiar with this store and its outlet pricing. I came after work and was too tired to ACTUALLY thrift, but I will DEFINITELY be back to check out all of their items more thoroughly!

I was at this location today. I frequently shop this store. While a lot of people were nice I…read moreencountered a very rude employee. This is a mature woman with dyed black hair...grey roots and glasses. I was going through items to purchase. I smiled at her and said hello and she ignored me and gave me a dirty look. I encountered her again while hanging unwanted clothes on an end cap. All hung up and ready to go back on the floor. She came over loudly huffing and puffing and ripped them off the rack. If this is a problem Goodwill should have a go back rack. The dressing rooms have already been taken. People still need mirrors to decide and a place to put go backs without being treated rudely. We are already paying higher prices at Goodwill for donated items...and asked to donate more money at the register. Going to lose customers.​

I did have one time I went in there and this is why I'm deducting a single star. I asked them if there was any way they could lower the price of a Montana bag that was marked at retail price on Amazon. He said that he could not, and that the prices are set in stone once they go out and that they would have to pull it back and give a note saying that it is overpriced. That did make me laugh. On the other hand, I have found wonderful deals. I got my husband an Apple Watch there for only $45 wowser that was good. Then because I have noticed that a lot of of the petite outfits for girls who are small with big chest, which would be me. You can find some really pretty outfits that don't look like Mormon clothes. I can actually say that they push you to change your wardrobe when you're part of the church. That's a positive for me because I want don't care if someone dislikes the way I dress and two they have really good brands for reasonable prices. I really hope they stay reasonable because they have so many clothes to look through that if they up their prices, it's just going to make it to where people are going to stop shopping there. I went there determine to find new clothes for my changing body because I went from a size 16. I was a big girl too a size 4 and I needed new clothes. I got myself a whole new wardrobe dresses skirts shirt, shirts, tank tops vest and even some new workout clothes for about $95 which when I say I got a lot of clothes, I got a lot of clothes not all in the same time but I kept receipts. I added up and I spent $95 on clothes. Now on my children's book collection two dollars for heart covers and one dollar for soft covers. You can't beat that. Now, for the people who work there, I feel really bad for them because many of them can't speak English or handicap or speak very little English, and also not always all there in the head. I have noticed going in there very often in the morning that the blue aprons are treated like trash by the managers. Yes I have gone there so often that I have noticed a routine. If you're looking to work there, please please remember that you are a human and you deserve to be treated with respect. For this being run by a church, I know that they treat people wrong and it's sad.

But if you are trying to look for a book, no bueno. I was only over there for a few minutes when I got a headache trying to look through the color ordered books. Please put the books back. We don't want them to be color coded. They aren't clothes. There were several other women in the books section with me that also complained about the books . So we kind of just complained about it together while attempting to browse. It was very hard so I ended up just going over to the cart to look at books.
