This Goodwill sits in a strip center with many other businesses and unfortunately, the parking can be a little tight. This place is closed Monday and Tuesday so it tends to be a madhouse on Wednesday. This is definitely one of the smaller Goodwill's I'm familiar with which is about the size of a large convenience store. As a result, they have very little in the way of furniture and no aisles of knickknacks like you'll see it other Goodwills. What knickknacks and accessories they do have are piled on top of the clothing racks. Basically the entire store is all about clothing with everything else pushed off to the perimeter. All the clothing is tagged with colored plastic tags which do not have any prices. As a matter of fact, nothing has a price tag on it. The menu of prices are on a small screen behind the register. It would be nice if they had these prices posted elsewhere in the store instead of just in one hard to read spot. If you're in the need of shoes or clothing, this would be a good spot to check out. They have no sales or senior/military discounts and no refunds or exchanges. Not my favorite Goodwill.

    $7 come up!

Good finds that are surprisingly cheap, at least in comparison to other Goodwills I've been to. I stopped on in to peruse (people are apparently donating a ton of good stuff as a result of Marie Kondo's "Tidying Up"), and stumbled upon $7 pair of nice dress shoes, which I swooped up. Even better, there was an autoharp there for $40! I had an internal dilemma: do I get it, despite the fact that I don't need it and have several other instruments at home? Or do I seize the great deal? I ended up not grabbing it, which I low key regret. Shoes were a steal, though. Only complaints is that this Goodwill is definitely on the smaller side. While I found a lot of good stuff, especially for the size of the store, there wasn't a TON of variety. I wish it was bigger, but what can you do? Either way, I'll be back and thrifting soon.

Really bad thrift store. All leftover garage sale junk and in a small, poorly organized space. Yick.

I always find good stuff here, whether it's original art or a Vera Wang top, or a leather jacket. Stays open late, too! Parking is easy.

Thanks to all the great donations, we have a wide variety of clothes at our store. Amongst other items, as well.

Overall my experience has been great. I've had amazing service coordinators and supervisors over…read morethe years. They care about their clients and that is what I see in this agency. I was the member and officer of the board for 7 years and learned so much. More importantly I got to interact with the leadership often and I know they are good people doing important work. YES they have turnover, and YES they lose SC's and don't always notify clients! AND they are there during tough times (fires, earthquakes, COVID, PGE shutdowns) doing what they can for their clients. Although our road has been rocky with them at times, I appreciate this agency and all they do for my son and our family!

if I could give zero stars, I would. Research and go to any other center or place that can help…read moreyou. NBRC is the absolute worst. None of the employees that work there know how to assist or know what to do with anything. The managers that are over the employees are just as bad. It takes months to get a response or reply about anything, once you do get a response or a reply, the information is inaccurate. I've been trying to get reimbursements for my daughter's GPS for a few months now. I've done everything on my end, I've asked questions, I've filled out forms, and still nothing. After submitting everything, it takes them two months to come back and tell me they need hardcopies or PDF forms. I have an email chain that is 10 times longer than this review, a whole bunch of back-and-forth with no help or results. When you ask for a timeline of how long everything will take, they don't have it. They absolutely do not have any kind of information that is helpful for you or your child. Jordan Brydstrong is the worst and absolutely no help. If you can get any other counselor, please do! If they assign you to Jordan, it's best that you request somebody else. Honestly, it's best that you don't even use NBRC. My daughter and I dealt with altar regional center in Sacramento and it was the complete opposite of this. They were very helpful, they knew the answers to questions about what they can and can't do, they were very responsive, very professional. NBRC is absolutely the most unprofessional organization I've ever dealt with.
