The store is a nightmare to try and park to visit. Still once inside i found a nice handbag, see my photograph. I love to visit thrift stores and will always stop when I see one, as I love a good hunt. However, I would not go out of my way to visit this one again. Only been able to get once because the parking is very limited and every time I get there, there is nowhere to park and if you double park, you get towed. Goodwill needs to move the outlet to another Goodwill that has more parking or they are losing lots of business. read more

This place sucks, I bought a hat here, and even after I washed it, I STILL GOT LICE! I bought a jacket, and there was a tiny HORNET NEST IN IT. My wife left me because I bout her a dress from here, and it had skid marks in it! read more

He ido a este centro Goodwill Outlet Store en 2121 NW 21st St, Miami, FL 33142 varias veces y a diferencia de la tienda pricipal, donde todos los empleados son correctos y tratan muy bien a todos los clientes, en la tienda Outlet Bins algunos trabajadores(sobre todo cubanos y cubanas) son extremadamente groseros con los clientes,incluso con personas muy mayores, he sido testigo de escándalos a los clientes, groserías, griterías y humillaciones.He notado también mucha variación en los precios, los artículos muy caros donde se supone que es un centro al cual personas de buena voluntad donan sus cosas para que personas de bajo nivel adquisitivo las adquieran a precios módicos, ví a empleados y otros que deben jefes en el piso, maltratar de palabras a clientes y decirles que si no les conviene ese precio que se vayan a las tiendas a otras a comprarlos como Home Dipot, a clientes que pagan el salario de esos mismos trabajadores, oí llamar a una de estas trabajadoras de las más groseras que parece ser jefa allí por el nombre de Luz,cubana, el señor de las trenzas, de color negro de piel, cubano, es muy grosero, sin educación y maltrata a todos. La impresión que da es que en vez de una tienda has entrado a una selva donde las personas que asistimos sentimos a comprar sentimos miedo, no placer. Que conste que mi queja no es hacia la tienda sino hacia estos trabajadores sin ninguna ética ni educación que con su comportamiento demeritan el buen nombre y el prestigio de esta empresa.Los administradores deben investigar esta situación ir al lugar porque ya esto se sale de control, en cualquier momento habrá una escena horrible allí.Estas personas no estan preparadas para tratar con público. I have also noticed a lot of variation in prices, some very expensive items where it is supposed to be a center to which people of good will donate their things so that people with low purchasing power can acquire them at reasonable prices, I saw employees and others who owe bosses on the floor, mistreat customers with words and tell them that if that price doesn't suit them, they should go to other stores to buy them like Home Dipot, from customers who pay the salary of those same workers.I heard one of the rudest workers who seems to be the boss there be called by the name of Luz, cuban, the man with the braids, black skinned, Cuban too, he is very rude, uneducated and mistreats everyone.The impression it gives is that instead of a store you have entered a jungle where the people we attend feel fear, not pleasure, when buying. Let it be stated that my complaint is not towards the store but towards these workers without any ethics or education who, with their behavior, detract from the good name and prestige of this company.The administrators must investigate this situation and go to the place because this is already getting out of control, at any moment there will be a horrible scene there. It's ok but not worth the drive if you have another one nearby. Parking is a hassle Used small childrens books for $3; dollar store is better for this. Lamps were pretty good and a huge assortment of harvest and halloween goods. Better housewares and paintings at the Bitd Road one. read more
