Humongous selection. Always good for new unwrapped items to put away for Christmas giving. Cashiers are super friendly. I personally have a difficult time with how unbelievably crowded it is on the weekends, maybe weekdays aren't as bad. The outside workers treat the drop off items like garbage though. read more

I had an incredibly poor experience here. I bought a long sleeve buttoned casual shirt at the store yesterday for $4.95. It was marked XL on the Abercrombie label. I didn't try it on in the the store, dumb. I didn't keep the receipt, dumber. When I got home I put it on and it was cut way to thin and tight. I went back today to exchange it for something better fitting. The counter person had to call the Manager and a protege (I guess) to tell me "No". Bad answer. Dumberer. I simple "Sure" would have been a good business decision. With no inventory cash cost and heaps of stuff dumped there every day, keeping loyal customers should be a goal. Evidently not. I responded poorly with expletives and left the shirt. It's really unusable for me. I could have torn it or cut it up with scissors. I was furious. I didn't. So now, they get to make $4.95 twice. $9.90 and a lose a customer. Walmart even gives credit if you don't have a receipt, so we Come Back, Smarterer. I was General Manager of a large resort condominium in one of the major ski areas for 18 yrs. My staff had utter authority to solve a problem in the moment. A happy return guest is worth a lot of money versus the cost of of a momentary mishap. Their "Goodwill" is Priceless. Their Bad will can be Horrific. By Hospitality industry data, an unhappy guest will tell 14 people personally about their hassle. With Social Media, like this, the dispersion factor is HUGE, limitless. Duh GOODWILL very, very Bad Will. If GOODWILL really means that, their Credo is broken inside and needs fixing Yesterday. I'll go to ARC, down the street. Will Miller ezus4u@gmail.com read more

Pretty good selection. Very Clean for a goodwill. Was initially looking for furniture but it was all pretty rough. Good clothes selection though. The best part was our cashier, great customer service, he was super nice. Will be back when in need of clothes! read more

Horrible place! Manager Toni is rude, abrasive and disrespectful with customers. Customer service means nothing to her instead of apologizing for a rude employee she said "it's busy and that's how it's going down here". But frankly, what can be expected of the workers there when that's her example to her staff. Unbelievable! She should get fired! read more

i love to go thrift shopping because my mom raised me to enjoy snagging a bargain. this also means i'll go dumpster diving, but i don't think you can review dumpsters and really, i wouldn't want to tell you where the good ones are anyway. so with that said, i rarely, if ever, buy things at full retail price, but this goodwill has things that make it look like you did. i must say, i only shop in the men's section for clothing, i don't think i've ever even stepped in the women's section. i have always had good luck finding button-up shirts here that look gently worn to brand new and they, most of the time, are name brand items. usually i'll pay anywhere from 3-5 bucks for a shirt and a little bit more for a nice pair of dress pants or jeans. but really, i find it better to buy things that have been gently used. someone else did all the breaking in work! i usually don't leave here empty handed whether it be with clothing or some other household goods. this place rocked when i moved here because i was able to find all the little shelves and kitchen accessories i needed on the cheap. this is seriously an impressive goodwill. like other yelpers have mentioned, it's two stories, has wooden floors upstairs, plenty of dressing rooms, and the stock rotates frequently. read more

whoa kym chill out on the sterotyping judgementalism. this goodwill is kinna like buffalo exchange except cheaper. which equals better! read more

There are two floors! Vast selection , wish dressing rooms were larger. Also didn't seem to be set prices for items. They differed but were mostly reasonable. Saw lots of bnwt items. read more

One of the best goodwills I've been to! Although I prefer other thrift stores for clothes, this specific goodwill location has tons of furniture and other household items. Also really easy to park/load car in the back. read more

dude, what is with this place? it's got to be the envy of every other goodwill in the universe. the hardwood (WHAT?!?!) floors glisten like new, the racks of decent (again, WHAT?) clothes are all in order, the chochkies are all organized and not overly-pillaged, the staff is helpful, and you always walk out with legit stuff. it will blow your mind. i recommend going in the mornings before all of the frames are gone. read more

Some of the workers are rude and don't answer questions. The aisles are hard to navigate and they leave racks everywhere. The register didn't work it's also dirty read more

The place feels a little scattered but with patience you will be able to find something golden. They have a really cute "library" in the back of the main floor. The lower level is mostly furniture, sporting gear, etc read more

this place was massive! had a whole dedicated book room that had super cool brick walls, and the entire upstairs was filled all with clothing, and so so so much halloween decor and costumes! if the store was just the top part alone, i would have been satisfied, but to my delight their was entire basement level of stuff! i didn't find anything in particular, but my friend and boyfriend both got some good finds! read more

Reasonable clean, organized and we'll stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful- not something I would have expected. The place is huge so it'll be hard not to find several things you want. If I'm not mistaken there are often 50% off days usually on Saturdays. read more

this is a very very good Goodwill, organized clean and huge selection of anything you need. downstairs you will find furniture and household goods, and clothes on the top floor. since its on south Broadway you will find a lot off cool things here. read more

This Goodwill is beyond clean. It's pretty organized as far as thrift stores go and there is a plethora of merchandise to choose from. Today was a 50% off day and I came away with a stick vacuum, baseball glove, a pair of Bitten jeans, a porcelain picture frame, and a casserole dish for $16.99. We bought our chest of drawers for $19.99 on a previous shopping trip. The plus-sized clothing leaves a lot to be desired, but I'm super pleased with our finds today. read more

Goodwill is kicking ass. Selling a lot of new stuff here. They get stuff from Target, Home Goods, and other big retailers. Also a lot of the used stuff is in like new condition. Bought a lot of dinnerware there so cheap. Go on Saturday around noon for the best pickings. The staff is helpful and will negotiate on prices in certain circumstances. Store located in the center of the good shopping district of South Broadway. tons of parking avail for free in their lot out back. read more

The deals here are with the clothing and the DVDs. The furniture is a little pricey. The volunteers are really helpful. Good treasures to be found here SAVVY. read more

We made the mistake of coming in on a 50% off Saturday, so the place was absolutely packed. Great selection here and the place is huge!

Big, bustling shop in hipster ground zero, so super picked over. If you are looking for fairly normal goods and/or can cruise regularly it is probably worth repeat visits - otherwise there are better pickings elsewhere. read more

I'll be honest, over the years and different places I've lived, I have never really been impressed by a Goodwill store. It was a place to go and get a maximum of two matching plates and random drinking glasses for a bachelor pad after moving across the country with only a compact sedan's worth of room for personal items. So I begrudgingly accompanied my friend yesterday and got a completely different experience. This place is huge and isn't full of used underwear. Lots of electronics, books, random household items, and a huge basement with furniture. Anytime I want a new project for the house I'm looking here first for a canvas. Currently stripping and re-staining some great wood chairs my friend picked up. Oh, and lots of friendly people, not just the staff, but the people shopping there; had several short conversations with other shoppers, just a good overall vibe at this place. read more

They do have a lot of stuff here, but it's overpriced for what it is. Also, I bought a table and a couch, and had to come back to pick them up. They didn't tag the table correctly and it was sold to someone else before I could get back to pick it up the next day. Very disappointing as it was an antique, unique table. They just gave me a refund since they had no way of tracking down who bought and took the table after I had already bought it. read more

I would say that this is the largest of Goodwill's on the Front Range, followed by Boulder and Arvada. Go during the day to find the best deals. read more

Beautiful old department store. I like the location. But I gotta say, these people have lost their minds on some of the furniture prices. The store is almost bare after the half off sale. read more

This goodwill was not any different from any other one I've been to except 1-it was in a nicer building 2-there was MORE of the same stuff and 3-the prices were insane. They wanted $2 for miniature picture frames. Most of this stuff was actual junk. We were disappointed. read more

Very clean and organized. It is a large space and has a large drop off area in the back. It has it's own parking lot so you don't have to worry about parking. It's well lit and the employees are nice too. They have a few dressing rooms and in their basement they have furniture and workout stuff. Pretty cool to look around for a bit. read more

I think all Goodwill stores are awesome, this is a particularly awesome Goodwill store. I popped in on a Saturday and it was packed. I mean jam packed! There were all types in the store and there has got to be something for everyone in there. Unless you are just the sort of person who wouldn't dare set foot in a thrift store...in which case, what are you doing reading this review?? They have a pretty decent book section - I picked up 4 nice books for my 5 year old for 2 bucks (nice!) and I nearly got a set of barstools for 50 but it was raining and..... I didn't want to deal with hauling them in the rain. Others have mentioned this but they have a whole basement full of furniture. It's really the best furniture selection I've ever seen in a Goodwill store and really reasonably priced. They've got a good selection of clothing and plenty of housewares and shoes and bags - all in really good condition. And the people working there were super nice but I've always experienced that at Goodwill. I'll totally be back. And it's a great location too - some other great shops in the area and tasty places to catch a bite. Who knew Goodwill was so hip? :) read more

Best thrift store in Denver:) Lots of jeans. Really nice clothes, and the price's are good. Certainly on par with any other thrift store. The nicknacks are not the best, but I was there for the clothes:) Found a great black jacket that will look good with jeans for 6 bucks. Will defiantly go back. read more

Goodwill is a great place to go on a shopping spree if you want a new dress or even a new outfit. Some clothes are skanky, but others are a great find. I would reccomend coming here with a friend or two. The clothes are cheap and in style. read more

Best thrift store in Denver. I often stop here for fabric and other items to upcycle into clothing (sometimes I feel bad taking my sewing shears to them, but it's all good). However, no matter how hard I try to beeline it to the back corner that houses the goods like sheets/ table runners/ cloth napkins that I can use as fabric, I always find myself browsing the aisles for skirts/dresses/tops. I have found some of the best fitting pants here, as well as tops. I'm not a label-queen by any means, but they definitely have nice brands here, if you're into that. I'm affected by ambiance of places- lighting most of all (I can't stand overhead industrial lights). So this Goodwill does not disappoint.....The wood floors and dim lighting make you feel like you're in a swanky (that may be going far) department store. read more

The good: -Parking -Huge, massive selection -Saw lots of newer brand name items The bad: -Not organized at all. Shoes were thrown everywhere, none close to their mate. Sizes for womens clothes not in the right spot. Everything in the home area was just stacked on shelves with no thought or organization. -Expensive- most items were marked a bit higher then I have seen at other thrift stores, maybe it's related to the area Overall I don't think I would go out of my way to go here again, but I might stop by if I was nearby. read more

My favorite Goodwill in town - relatively clean and organized, reasonable prices, and a lot of hidden treasures for you to discover!

This location is by far the nicest, cleanest Goodwill I have ever visited! I walked in and thought perhaps I had walked into the wrong store--it was that nice! I was amazed by the selection at high-quality, brand names--all at affordable, Goodwill prices. The selection of books is incredible. They also have a downstairs with an impressive selection of furniture (I fell in love with a filing cabinet, which had unfortunately already been purchased). The only thing that could possibly make this place better would be a suitable parking lot! read more

For someone looking for a good clean thrift shop that is well organized, this is hands down, the best one I've seen. If I lived in CO this would be my primary "go to" place to shop. The staff is amazing and very helpful and the stock is plentiful. read more

Best Goodwill in the country. Hands down. Matteo the manager always remembers my wife and I and greets us warmly. This is probably the busiest Goodwill we've ever been in. Get ready to be amazed by the selection and the service. read more

Thrifting just got easier. Huge stores, tons to look at, can be a bit picked over but overall a great place to check for bargains and help a good charity at the same time! read more

For thrift stores, this really is as good as it gets! Wide aisles, nice selection, room to browse. It feels like a store where you'd buy new clothes. Sort of. If you've never visited, I'd highly recommend it! Last time I bought a pair of Ralph Lauren khaki shorts and a brand new (with tags) Liz Claiborne t-shirt. This store is very clean, the staff is friendly and the parking is ample. Why buy new when places like this exist? read more

The best Goodwill store I've been to, hands-down. It's kind of hit or miss sometimes when it comes to finding what you're looking for, but if you have patience and an open mind you will almost always find the perfect item for you... especially if you're not looking for anything specific. I have found everything from an amazing sixties coat to nearly new Tonka Truck bedsheets (yes, for myself) to a Risky Business Halloween costume to kick-ass wall art to an incredible $20 record player in near-perfect condition. It's Goodwill, so the prices are usually ridiculously cheap. The lines get a little crazy sometimes and the downstairs area (furniture, etc.) isn't anything special, but that's about it. The store is well-lit, well-organized, and the staff are generally nice. I can't walk/drive by this place without stopping. read more

Yep, this has to be the BEST Goodwill I"ve ever been too. I scored a bunch of garb for the Viva Las Vegas weekend. I will be returning often! read more
