The decor was eclectic but trendy - exposed brick, wooden countertops, and lots of framed paintings/prints of everyone from Elvis to Steve Jobs. I ordered the Sorry, Ms. Jackson (on the heavier side but delicious and well balanced) and my friend got the Agave Blues (smoky, boozy, difficult to drink quickly). Unfortunately, we missed out on the HH specials--ending at 7 p.m. As far as drinks, I began with the Aperol Spritz (perfect on a hot evening and possibly my go to summer time drink) and ended with a crisp Rose. Their menu is diverse with some carefully crafted and unique cocktails. As far as food, since I had eaten, we shared a small plate: Boquerones Tartine which was marinated white anchovies on toasted pumpernickel, crème fraiche, lemon zest & pickled onion, This was SO delicious and a perfect snack to accompany our drinks. I'm eager to return to try their HH oysters or other items on the menu. In addition, I want to experience their brunch. I really like Good Night Sonny and plan on returning soon.
