The customer service was excellent. I ordered takeout and picked it up at the restaurant. The phone call order went seamlessly. The outside of the restaurant was beautifully decorated with a small herb garden, and when we walked in, we were happily greeted by staff. Joe's accepted American Express. The pizza was hot and flavorful. The crust was the best-- chewy and crispy. It was obvious that their ingredients were fresh and quality. When we heated the leftovers up the next morning in the oven, they were restored to their original deliciousness. The visit was certainly worth the $34 bill. We will definitely visit Joe's again!

I called late afternoon same day for an early dinner reservation as I had a hankering for something good. They were able to accommodate so off I went. When I arrived I did not know what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised by the large casual establishment. I was seated immediately by a very warm and friendly server, and given menus to look over. I was torn over so many starters that I decided to have them as a meal along with their well known pizza. I ordered the calamari fritti, the eggplant stack the Italian nachos and a wood fired Margherita pizza. While I waited, I was given some good bread as well as some tomato pie and it was all so tasty. The portions here are generous and I had to take a good amount home. No complaints here though as it was all delish. I can only imagine how good my leftovers will be next day. This eatery is solid and what a nice place for some good Italian food!

They were raving about their seafood bisque and brought a sample to share. Dipping their in house bread was great, and the soup itself was decent. I got adventurous and tried their "Italian Sushi". Not bad, an interesting idea. Jughead ordered a burger as usual, another ordered the ravioli, chicken parm and for me the drunken chicken. Everything was decent, but lacked a lot of seasoning, especially salt. I'd try it again but am skeptical.

Ordered slices from the case and it took 29 minutes from the time or order to the time it came out of the oven. Been going to pizzerias for 35+ years in NYC and that never happened. Returned in September only to have the worst service ever. We sat there waiting for a drink for about 20 minutes while the staff were doing shots. We decided to have a drink to see if the service would get better. However, it did not. We waited 15 minutes after asking for our bill. Ordered some takeout on November 28, We ordered chicken wings, a tossed salad and buffalo french fries. The wings were definitely a triple fried, there wasn't any meat on the bones because it was fried off. The salad was welted and may as well have been just a little lettuce with two cucumbers, and that was it. The cucumbers were wilted. The french fries were soggy as to be expected for takeout, but there was nothing fresh about anything that we ordered. Will not be ordering again. We received a phone call 20 minutes after our order asking when we were going to pick it up because apparently they were closing early due to no business. Just not the best experience or what we were hoping for to get this place a third chance. Three times and that's it!
