Though the store was presentable and easy to browse, I was mostly let down by my experience. I went in to find decorations, games, and prizes for a bachelorette party, but found that their selections was very limited, cheesy, and unexciting. I went ahead and bought some things I thought I would maybe end up using in case I couldn't find better options elsewhere. When I did find better options elsewhere, I went back to Good Vibrations to return the items I had bought there. At this time they let me know that given their line of business, they do not accept return, which I totally understand, but they had NEVER mentioned anything to me when I purchased the goods. They said that the no return policy was "clearly printed on the receipt," and to that I replied that you cannot only print out a no return policy on a receipt which is printed out after the purchase. Then, they pointed out a sign which was not directly visible from the check out area. Yes, it was generally visible, but if this is the policy they are going to use, then they need to make it very clear when customers are making their purchases. I am completely let down by this store. I am now stuck with a bunch of cheesy bachelorette decor and lingerie. read more

Everything about this store completely removes the stigma of buying sex toys. The merchandise is presented in a matter of fact and attractive way for easy browsing and handling. Staff are on hand to help but know to give you your space to chose and to wait to be asked for help. When you do involve them they are so cool about things its as if you were just purchasing shoes or something. Best of all for me as a bit of a novice was the assistant's willingness to explain things, share experiences and to offer tips. Knowing how my possible selections compared and how they performed in a 'live' situation was really great.
