I've never seen a classier, more professional rubber dick emporium in all my life (and I've seen a few). The staff is competent and friendly, not sleazy. They don't crack jokes or giggle at my eccentric pornography rentals, and are willing to look up additional information (like whether or not silicone lubricants break down polyvinyl film... they don't!). The place even holds lectures and book releases from time to time, and their website is exceptionally helpful. This is awesome store. Located b/t a sign shop and a restaurant, if you were just walking by you might not notice this discrete adult store. This is the first store I have been in that has almost all models of the toys out of their packaging, allowing the consumer to actually experience the toy, touch, feel, etc. instead of wondering what it might be like, as you stare at it through the packaging. Came here for fun and to buy gag gifts for a secret santa gift exchange. Merchandise is great but the staff I encountered was rude and not welcoming, an odd experience since other stores of this branch always have always had good vibes, no pun intended. My girlfriend and I look on the younger side, so I understand why we were carded coming in, however they wouldn't accept my girlfriends college ID as a form of age, a document that you can use as proof of ID to travel from state to state! Only 4 stars because I've never actually been inside (it's on my list of things to do- I'm just always with my kids!) and I can't give 5 stars without the full experience. I did want to give a good rating, though, to Good Vibrations based on a conversation I had with my 5 year old daughter yesterday. We were riding the bus past the store and she saw the sign/poster in the window and pointed out, "Mom! Look at that human!" Obviously it would be in poor taste for a shop to have pictures of toys in public and Good Vibrations, being classy, does not do that. I'm giving extra classy points. It could be really easy for a sex toy shop to use advertising with images of abstract body parts: butts, torsos, legs, but they are even better than that and display images that preserve the humanity of the person on the poster. Sex-positive for all ages, even for 5 year olds that don't know what sex is yet. PSA: No one under 18 is allowed in the store- I'm not promoting that! Attentive staff, quite a selection of products but at the end of the day, if the products fail to "do as advertised" they do not accept returns... I mean whats the point of having attentive and helpful staff to orientate the customers to which product is best for their needs if what they sell you just won't do the work they told you would do? After asking them on phone about a possible return of a product (mini head teaser) they told me that my problem might be based "on a common misconception" and that they would not accept a return/refund of the product.
