The employees are amazing! Friendly, courteous and always smiling! The shop has a great selection but for the last 3 weeks it's been very uncomfortable! The A/C has been out which makes it very stuffy. The management should be ashamed making employees and customers suffer in the heat! read more

Bought something, went home, opened it, missing piece, never dropped it, never damaged it, a big white girl employee accused me of damaging it, dropping it, and losing the piece. I explained it all, her and the manager accused me as well. Referred me to manufacturer who didn't do anything either, so I spent $45 on an item thst came as is, and nothing was done for me. Quite unfair. The big white girl employee is sooo sooo rude, talked over me on and on and on, hung up on me and was talking to me as if I were someone on the street she had issues with. I'd be upset if I worked there too! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT THIS DISGUSTING LOCATION. *******0 STARS, HORRIBLE SERVICE, ITEMS, AND VALUE. DON'T COME HERE!************ read more

The arcade admission price has increa$ed, and today the theatre was completely offline. Broken. Not working. When I asked for a refund of my admission price, I got "Well there's a sign right here about it being closed...." read more

The staff is remarkably nice considering sometimes, not always, questionable clientele, myself included. No matter who is working, they always greet everyone with a "welcome in". And then they follow up by being quite helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with each customer. The three staff members that I met all had a pretty good sense of humor. One of them even let me charge my phone behind the counter while I shopped. I bought 3 dvds for $10, and 2 of them were defective and were either replaced or refunded with no questions asked as long as I had a receipt and was within the return time frame. There's 2 hour parking on 14th Street, but across the street there's plenty of parking at the Bayfair Mall. There's also a nice cheese steak shop on one side and a smoke shop on the other side. read more

loved there are private booths for viewing adult films. The theatre area was enjoyable too, & is erotic to watch movies with an intimate friend read more

The lady at the counter was Super helpful explaining the differences in products to my wife. She chatted with us for about a hour, this is some of the things we got lol. Thank you curly head lady lol read more

2 Aug. '24-21:00-I can't speak to the arcade experience because, after driving a half hour from Alameda Cal. when I arrived here on a Friday night at 9.pm the owners were getting ready to close the business for the night, even though their hours listed show they are supposed to be open till midnight. The clerk I spoke to also told me that they close at 9:30 pm and they close Saturday night at 9:30 pm as well. I might also add that before I drove there, I did call them to try to verify their hours, but nobody answered, and the call went to voice mail. read more

Employee was more than helpful, great stock and a welcoming environment. Prices were fair and the overall experience was nice. Will shop there again. read more

5stars from me on there ratings and with all do respect to everyone else that works here at not too naughty, but All of the credit from my 5stars goes to there very professional and welcoming ileana who was working the front desk and made me feel totally comfortable and ready to be able to not feel shy anymore. She is very knowledgeable of stores product merchandise and is very helpful down to even specific situational advice and assistance. Most of all she is the most beautiful woman i have ever seen inside and out i can tell because of her true gentle kindess. Well I'm sorry if u read this ileana and if I am spelling your name wrong but if u do read this I hope u remember me and will definitely be coming back. Can't wait. read more

Came in with my friends and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this for the ladies to come and explore your naughty side. read more

Found everything i was looking for, excellent customer service! Was able to cum in & out no pun intended

Not too naughty is not too great of an adult store but with the others near by being just as bad or worse it squeaks by with three stars. The selection of films is a bit cheaper and smaller than most other places and you can get almost all the prophylactics they provide cheaper at the greenhouse longs store, but it's fun just to go in here every now and again. I usually just take friends there to have a good laugh at some of the more unusual product they provide. Not to mention the clearance racks and bins of last seasons toys. Ah the good times just never seem to end. Basically, Not too naughty is your average adult store and not too much more. Check it out is you are in the neighborhood sometime. CHAD read more

Low prices on lingerie and fishnet stockings and other nice things for the ladies to wear

Thieves. Please check the price online before you pay them. They will charge you 4 times extra. They are also rude and impolite. I bought a cream that costs $18 and they charged me $100. I have not idea why I got an email from yelp saying they will remove my rating. Being rude and impolite is a reason for the one star rating. Very very expensive prices is another reason read more

From the outside, I expected this place to be really dingey and gross inside. I was surprised when I walked through the doors and found it brightly lit by several rows of fluorescent lights. A little too brightly lit... The clerk behind the counter greeted me with a smile and a happy hello when I walked in. There were a couple other people in the store. So I started browsing, looking for a little something for hubby's Xmas stocking. Give the gift of love, that's what I always say ... Anyway, so then a second clerk, who was obviously in charge, came in the store. They talked loudly about stocking the products. I tried to ignore them. Suddenly, in-charge clerk bellowed, "Do you need some help finding something?" I looked back and noticed he was talking to me. (The sweaty guy over by the videos was relieved, he's still under the radar) I said "No, I'm just browsing, thanks (and I'd like to continue doing so without your help, complete stranger...)" So I looked around a little more, chose a few items, and made my way toward the front of the store. I got to the register, and the friendly clerk looked over my items, looked at me, and looked back at my items with a smirk. He was obviously either getting a mental picture or judging my purchase in some way. Look, Foolio, I've had about enough. Scan my crap so I can leave. I looked up and saw two TV monitors on the wall behind the register. One was playing a rather raunchy porno, and I forget exactly what was on the other TV, but it was a complete contrast to the porn. It wasn't a cartoon or anything like that, maybe the weather channel or something? I just remember being like, that's a weird combo... So Smirky the Clerk told me there are no returns/exchanges on electronics and asked if I'd like him to test the items before I left. See, not much embarrasses me, and being a prudent consumer, I said Yes. Apparently, that is not the answer most people give. Smirky opened the box and started giggling like a school girl. I finally said "You know what, I'm sure my stuff is fine, don't worry about it." He jammed the stuff back in the box and closed it up. Then he asked, "Would you like a bag?" No, jackass, I'm gonna go skipping down the middle of the street with them in my bare hands, right past the lady and her toddler waiting outside at the bus stop. "Yes, I'd like a bag please (fake smile)" I don't get embarrassed, but I do have decency. Sheesh. Anyway, the atmosphere is really uncomfortable. Smirky McGigglebox is obviously too immature to be working there and gives sort of a creepy vibe. It is definitely worth the drive to somewhere else where they are more professional and discreet. read more

Lovely little store. I like it very much since they recently remodeled it an put all those pink neon lights! Even though at a first glance it seems like one of those female oriented stores, they still have a naughty arcade with glory holes were I love to spend my afternoons! read more

Super small selection of goods, creepy fellow shoppers, but they were kinda friendly salespeople...I was slightly annoyed to not seem to find any lingerie in the size I was looking for, and then I realized I could find something better and probably cheaper at a nicer place...however, I bet if I had a question about any of of their pornos, cherry-flavored lube, or toys, they could probably readily assist me...cool. read more

I didnt like it much. The guy in the front is an old Asian guy. and he kept asking for my I.D. when I walked because he thought I was a minor. well anyways, everytime I went to pick up an item he just stared at me like he was passing some thought in his nasty brain. "I wonder what she's gonna do with that." and the panties are cute but the quality is real cheap, I seen most of the same panties @ the flea market and they lasted longer. That's just so sad. I just ended buying a riding crop because I'm into the Whole Bettie Page thing. I find her to be truley Sexy. Well yea, unless you dont mind the old man watching your whole movement, then go here. I suggest you have a pleasure party instead. read more

The first thing I gotta say about this place is..... very poor location. Having guys come out of a back room with porno blaring (that time was a few years back when a clerk told someone back there to turn it down) and then having a doughnut shop right next door is just a poor combination. (Can you say Ewww??!! And I will NOT go in that doughnut shop.) And then a bus stop right out front. I dont mean on the street a little ways, I mean right in front of the door. A few months ago when I went in there with my hubby to see what interesting things they had, I wasnt too "wow"ed. Alot of the things I found there were overpriced and the clothing items looked cheaply made. Much better quality in products at a few well known online stores. I found a very nice poker game online (Adam & Eve online) where Not Too Naughty mainly had cheaply made games you would see given at bachelorette parties. Half the quality and twice the price. And if you have questions about something there, forget it. It just wasnt a comfortable place to shop for things. I've been in other places where you just dont feel like your being watched and given strange looks when buying things. Bottom line - overpriced and not a good location. I'd recommend good vibes or adam & eve online instead. read more

I would say go anywhere else you can possibly go if possible, the gf and I go in 40 minutes before closing, the clerk says better hurry up, I'm giving you guys an extra 6 minutes...that combined with the poor selection made us leave instantly...if he wasn't the owner I feel bad for the owner who tries to push customers out of the store...in either way there was not a good selection, so we may have left if the staff wasn't rude. Ps. A few other ppl were in there as we whom he also rubbed the wrong way, we all left at the same time. I say avoid at all costs. read more

Great store for young couples. Go in! They've been around for ages. Small local business be sure to support.

Horrible service! Got the wrong thing because the picture wasn't clear at all in what it was and not even one minute into buying it I let them know and they tell me they can't do anything about it with a attitude. I literally wasn't out of the store one minute and she had me pay $40 for a cheap looking chain tht looked like a collar. Never coming back! Don't spend your money here! read more

I wanted to buy nude hosiery for work and this place have nothing.. I wasted my time coming. Smh ...

Little to no selection there's boxes in front of products that I wanted to see and the woman wouldnt move them so we can look. I tried asking her questions about some of the products and she had no idea what I was talking about, and she seemed more interested on her phone's the helping me and my friend out. I much rather go to the one in Livermore, then the one here. read more

Small selection but it has a little bit of everything. Informative and even threw in small packets of free lube with my final purchase!

Great customer service when I went in there! Be sure to ask for Melissa she is very knowledgeable and professional! I will definitely be back read more

Conveniently located across from the restaurant side of Bayfair Mall. Inconveniently located in front of a bus stop frequented by teens and women with children. This place is exactly what you would expect from a storefront lined in pink neon piping. The lingerie is poorly displayed (everything's on clear plastic body hangers). Porn on the monitors is way too hard core for public viewing. Vast array of toys, gag gifts, female friendly seductive stuff. Great place to shop for bachelorette parties. DVDs cater to the . . . uh . . . shall we say "niche" market so stay away from the guys perusing the fetish section. My two friends and I went in at 9 at night and there were 4 other groups of people in there (pheww, strength in numbers). I didn't end up purchasing anything so I can't speak to the maturity of the staff but the woman behind the counter seemed comfortable and not overly-concerned with what everyone was doing. I wouldn't advise strolling around for an hour likes it's Good Vibes but if you have a specific goal this might be just what the doctor ordered. This place ain't classy but its not all the way trashy either. Like most of us, it's somewhere in the middle. read more

As soon as I walked in I rudely got asked for my ID (even though i'm clearly over the age), when I tried to make light of the situation the woman completely ignored me and gave off the worst vibe. She was very rude and seemed like she didn't even want anyone in the store. Completely ruined my experience and I didn't spend more than 2 minutes in that environment. I've never posted a yelp review even in the worst situations but my partner and I were really looking forward to buying something and was really put off by this females energy. Don't waste your time giving money to this shop when they don't even want you there. Also, there was no "misreading the situation" there are many reviews that show how bad the service was, obviously the owners of this place are ignorant to it. read more

Meh.. They didn't have a large selection, so they didn't have what I was looking for. The guy behind the counter knew about everything I asked about, so he had a great knowledge of the products, but they just didn't have them in stock.. I would go here again for random gifts. read more

The location would be better if there wasn't a bus stop in front of store. Makes it a little awkward to walk in with a group of people standing by door. Other than that, this place is a pleasant place to shop. Staff is always friendly and music is always good lol. Definitely not a sleazy feel to it like the one in downtown hayward. They also always have what i need in stock. read more

Stopped there today, and while I wasn't impressed with their toy selection, the place was clean and the person at the front desk courteous. I'll probably visit again after they've restocked. The only downside is parking. Downtown Livermore sucks. Be prepared to park a block or two away and walk it. read more
