From start to finish, Ray provided an exceptional car-buying experience and truly made the whole process feel special (he provides so much emotional value to his clients!). He was extremely patient, thoughtful, and always put himself in the customer's shoes. Even though the dealership's boutique was closed over the weekend when we picked up our car, Ray thoughtfully promised to follow up and ensure we receive the signature small gifts he usually prepares for his clients. It is rare to find a salesperson who genuinely cares about your experience and follows through on every detail like he does. On top of the fantastic personalized service, the negotiation process was incredibly smooth and efficient. We were comparing options, and Ray was completely transparent. He offered a highly competitive price right away, which allowed us to make a quick decision without any of the exhausting, typical dealership back-and-forth. He even perfectly accommodated our tight weekend schedule for signing the paperwork. If you are in the market for a Porsche and want a stress-free, top-tier experience with someone who speaks great Mandarin/Cantonese, go see Ray Kong at Redwood City. He will definitely take great care of you!

I look forward to expanding my relationship with Porsche Redwood City and also looking forward to many more miles of enjoyment.
