Jordan sold us a beauty of a car for a very fair price. I would definitely recommend checking out their lot if you're looking for a vehicle.

Amazing dealership, if you can really call it a true dealership. I recently sold my daily driver…read moreand was in the market for a car. I was searching all day and looking at different lots, but they either didn't have what I wanted, were too pushy, or flat out wasted my time. I found them as I was traveling north up the valley and pretty much was going to give up after them if I didn't find the car I was looking for. I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them. Thank you again for my Jeep, and I already have had a few people asked where I went and how did I get it at the great price I did. I definitely shared your website and will continue to do so.

When you drive a car off Brandon's lot, say goodbye to any future service. 90 days later, after continuous issues, I went to trade in the vehicle. It had SEVERE damage Brandon didn't tell me about, and just to get rid of it, I took a $3500 loss. In 90 days. Ouch. Brandon, you are not honest. This vehicle should have had a salvaged title, but I should have at least been told about the damage, so I knew what I was getting into.

Two months later on my first oil change and lube we found yellow loogie like substance in the oil cap. The car started losing power. I figured a head fallout was going bad so I tried to flip the car. The car came back as having been totalled it had a salvaged title. So I now owed 9,000$ for a car that was only worth 2500$. So I couldn't get into another vehicle for to me being upside down on this one. I called Christina and let her know what was going on hoping they would make it right. Instead I got tested as though I had some someone wrong. Not to mention after the car was financed she still had me for over six hundred as a down payment. which to find out later was illegal. I have a credit score of 760 they could have easily off made it right yet choose not to. As of may the car no longer runs has a bad transmission and blown head gasket. Thank you adorable car sale for ensuring my grandkids and I got out into a excellent vehicle.

I am beyond unsatisfied with the service I received at Big O Tires in North Ogden. This location…read morehas gone drastically downhill and I won't be returning. First red flag: They don't take appointments. You either sit and wait indefinitely or drop your vehicle off and hope for the best. It's a disorganized first-come, first-served process that feels completely outdated and inconvenient. Now to the bigger issue - my experience: While I was out of town, my wife brought our truck in for four new tires and tire pressure sensors (two had gone bad). Toward the end of the visit, the shop tried calling me -- not her -- to get approval for an alignment. I was at a conference and couldn't answer, but instead of just speaking with my wife who was right there, they pushed the alignment on her. The truck didn't need an alignment. And as soon as I got back and drove it, I noticed the alignment was now off -- my steering wheel was crooked and the truck pulled. On top of that, one of the tire pressure sensors immediately started triggering a warning. I was heading back out of town and had to wait nearly a week before taking it back in. When I returned it, they did take another look and adjusted the alignment -- but then told me I needed to pay another $69.99 to replace a tire pressure sensor. I had to remind them that I had already paid for four brand new sensors. That raised a serious red flag -- did they even replace the sensors the first time, or just charge me for them? To make matters worse, when I went to pick the truck up, they couldn't find the keys. After several minutes of looking, they found them sitting inside the unlocked truck, windows down, in the parking lot -- completely unsecured. This kind of careless, unprofessional service is unacceptable. I've been a Big O customer in the past, but this location has lost my business. If you value your time, money, or your vehicle -- go elsewhere.

The part I was disappointed in was the price after was not the same as what I was quoted. There was a $30 miscellaneous charge that was added to my price. I was told everyone is charged that. If that is true, then that needs to be part of the price and don't sneak it in after. I was very disappointed with that I feel it's very deceitful. Be be honest and upfront I wanted to add that since I posted this review I was able to talk to one of their service managers and he agreed that should've been disclosed upfront and they refunded my money. The Customer Service will say they will call you back from their management but yet I haven't heard from them yet. I went in looking for the 0 percent down, 0 payment for 90 days and 0 percent APR and left with over double my interest rate when I refinanced in 2020. I understand I signed the documents but was like ok. So I understand I didn't have the best credit situation however, when I have to come back 3 times to their finance department with rate increases every time. The one time it went down it had the wrong vehicle on it. Not sure how that is legal. If legal definitely immoral. They claim they give the best military discount around when it's just a normal 500 dollar ford credit. So no they don't do you any favors For some reason they can give you 1000 dollars customer assistance on one piece of paper but when I go through my paperwork it's conveniently missing. If you want 17000 dollars in added optional things on top of a vehicle purchase then this is the deal for you. When I pay over 67000 dollars for a vehicle I expect car mats and a second key. Yet they will ensure you that they do not guarantee a second key. When you purchase your vehicle you can have a clean vehicle but when you get any accessories applied IE tint. They can give it to you ruined and needing to be redone. So wasting more time. If you want to spend 6 hours of your Saturday in a dealer then go here. It's as if no one gives a shit about you once they receive your money. So if you're looking for your salesman to talk about how his wife cheated on him and how he is getting a divorce then this is the place for you.
