I gave this dealership multiple chances over a 4 to 5 year period and used them as my exclusive…read moreservice provider, but over time a clear pattern of issues made it difficult to continue trusting their work. On my two most recent oil changes, my check engine light came on within 2 to 3 days afterward for emissions-related issues. The vehicle had never had a check engine light before these visits. Since I stopped taking it here, the issue has not returned, which was a major relief. After a 100,000-mile service that included a valve adjustment, I developed an oil leak from the valve cover area. Prior to that service, the vehicle had never had any oil leaks. It was frustrating to go from a properly sealed engine to dealing with a new leak immediately after a major service. There was also an issue with the serpentine belt. It was replaced during that same 100,000-mile service. Only a few months later, when my wife brought the car in for a routine visit, she was told the belt needed to be replaced again due to age and mileage, and it was replaced a second time. This was especially frustrating because it had already been recently replaced. When I followed up, the duplicate charge was converted into a service credit, but actually using it became an ongoing issue. Each visit brought a different explanation for why it could not be applied. Eventually, I was told the credit was lost due to a system change, which effectively meant I paid for the service twice without resolution. On multiple visits, the engine oil was overfilled even after specifically requesting that it not be. This happened enough times that I started checking it myself before leaving and had to ask them to correct it on the spot. Brake service was another disappointing experience. I was charged $125 for a single rotor (not including labor), which I later found selling for $25 at Walmart. The repair did not resolve the issue I was having. I ended up redoing the work myself and purchased two Brembo rotors for the rear for $120 total, which was less than what I paid here for a single rotor. While correcting it myself, I discovered that basic steps like lubrication and hardware replacement had not been done, which explained why the issue persisted until I fixed it. I was also quoted around $1,500 per axle for shock replacement using aftermarket parts, which felt significantly out of line with typical pricing, especially given the parts used were not OEM. I understand dealership service is typically more expensive, but I still expected accurate recommendations, proper workmanship, and appropriate parts for the cost. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. After multiple attempts to resolve issues directly with the service department, I did not receive meaningful resolution.

I've been very privileged to never have had a monthly payment. I decided to finally give in and buy a new car for my kiddos. We also have a few trips planned, and we will be driving. We looked at another dealership that told us one price with $2500 down, but somehow the price went up almost double in a month with 2 cars trade in valued at $3000. It didn't make sense. We came in on a random Tuesday afternoon JUST to look. I ended up taking home a Nissan Rouge! I never thought I'd drive a Nissan, but this is PERFECT. My only requirements were newer than my 2 current cars, has A/C, and low miles. I found that at a perfect price! Hyrum was incredible working with us to get us approved.. same day! I wasn't expecting that, but I am very excited. The payment monthly isn't anything too crazy, so we're very blessed with that as well. I'm so excited to finally have a car with A/C! My two cars I have currently don't work for whatever reason, and being pregnant in this blazing heat is not a good mix! So grateful for the team that helped us! Tenille (I am sure I spelled her name wrong, and I'm sorry if I did!) Was also super sweet. I loved being able to chat with her and ask her any questions about financing. She printed off what I needed, and was very thorough in explaining the paperwork at the end. Honestly a great purchasing experience. And for someone who was very nervous and a little skeptical, they made me feel comfortable which I really appreciated! I also feel protected having the comprehensive plan, JUST in case. I really don't drive very far or often for that matter, but with all of our plans this next year, It'll be great to have! Thank you so much Ken Garff! You've earned yourself a customer, and I will be telling others to come your way!

The salesman, Kanyon, came out to greet us and was friendly and helpful. He took us right to the car we were looking and helped us take a test drive. He was knowledgeable about the car and answered all of our questions. We were not sure, after driving the car, if it was the right fit so Kanyon suggested a few other options we could drive to compare and see what would work for us. We drove one other vehicle and looked at a couple other models in their car line to see what features, colors, prices, etc. would fit what we wanted. After some discussion, we decided to think about it more before purchasing. Kanyon was very low key and gave us his contact info and said he'd be available when we were ready to make a purchase. He later left us a follow up message to check in.

Instead of helping, they spent the entire day and next week trying to move me into a new car while constantly hiking the price every time a new contract was presented. Or offer to do something free of cost as a "good gesture" The biggest red flag? They refused to provide an itemized out-the-door (OTD) price. Despite multiple requests, they kept the numbers vague and wouldn't show me a breakdown of the taxes, fees, and 'add-ons' they were clearly trying to hide. It felt like a deliberate attempt to confuse me into paying more than the car was worth. If a dealership won't give you a straight price on paper, they are hiding something. I wasted days here and left with nothing but a headache. Do yourself a favor and go to a dealer that values transparency and honesty."
