Financed a car from the dealership, HUGE mistake!!! First - while your shopping for a car, your salesperson has plenty of opportunity to inform you of their device they have installed on each vehicle- this device is so if you don't pay a payment on time or at all- Your Vehicle Will NOT start! They don't tell you this until your literally signing your last paper with the salesman!!! 2nd-all the cars are from ebay auctions!! Do your research first! 3rd- once you drive away with it you now owe DOUBLE the value of the actual car! Don't even dare to ask to trade it in, because it has to be paid down to at least $7,000 balance which will take 2-3 years to do! 4th- I asked numerous times if I could trade for a less expensive car! They said NO, NO they can't help me! I had the car not even 24 hours and they wouldn't trade, do anything to help me! 5th I called every number that I could find and no one would call me back to help me. Seems like a very shady dealer. I tried to get some info online and they won't give any prices without a personal visit to the dealer. When I mentioned buying a vehicle outright, they didn't seem to understand what that meant. When I replied that once negotiations were finished and a price was agreed on, I'd give them a certified check this was their reply to me. "If you would like to you can come by and speak to our salesmen because they are the people that are given the pricing info. They would be the ones to go over with paying full price. If you do decide to do so, we would need either cash (we do not accept personal checks) or card. We do not negotiate prices, our sales price is what our customers would have to pay if they want to pay for the full price. We can do monthly payments as an alternative. We work with bad credit and no credit. But our salesmen would be the ones to go over the rest of the info since they are given the prices." I know they offer their own in house financing at a very unreasonable interest rate, so that leads me to believe they won't negotiate a cash price because they lose out on interest income. If a dealer won't give prices online or via text/phone call, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. read more

We pay over $600 a month for this car and we can go to a normal car dealership and they were charges $300 a month but they charge us every biweekly so that's 300 biweekly and they want their money and if you don't get their money, they'll come repossessed your car without question and then you have to pay the repo on top of that so you're stuck with the bill and the price the car they will never work with you. Their business sucks they have cockroaches I seen it in some cars they smell like mildew and mold there's burn marks on the They gave us a car that had a broken blinker light in a crack in the windshield told me there was nothing wrong with the car, and then when they gave it to us, it was all messed up his place, and we looked at it too, and it wasn't online it shows different so people don't buy cars in this place you might as will buy a car off offer up or let go because I'll give you a better deal and I'll work with you. Not only is the manager Rick the biggest cunt in the world I went there after having my vehicle towed there for repairs and he got in my face getting physical and I had to call the police I also had an unfortunate issue where I had to call and ask them if I could voluntarily surrender the vehicle due to my dad passing away and no longer needing two vehicles they told me that even if I voluntarily surrendered the vehicle then I would still be responsible for the full loan amount due to signing a contract I told him I understand that I signed a contract to make the payments but I didn't sign a contract to make the payments continuously if I surrender the vehicle Worst place ever the only one who has Lucky is the dealership because they are lucky that they can screw over people read more
