We had just experience our car breaking down from transition slipping so when we found the 2011 Honda CR-V it has said excellent condition and that it's a clean title. The transmission is completely sluggish and there's jerking when getting into gear. He insisted we bought it that day even though my mom was saying we want to come back the next day. We felt rushed and before we were in the office signing paperwork I had asked multiple times to see the Carfax, He wouldn't give it to me and finally when we were signing papers he let me see the Carfax!! The price range had said 9k to 11k but that's for extremely good condition, he was selling it for 7k plus tax which is still high because the transmission is bad. The fluid was sludge and I nearly got in an accident because the acceleration is slow. My mother had gotten surgery hours prior to us seeing the car and she was under the influence of prescription medication from the surgery, She still wanted to come see it and we said we would come out the next day too. She was disoriented but still trusted the man to tell us the truth and it was obvious she wasn't in her right mind. I wasn't in my right mind either even though both of us thought we were. The next day my mom was recollecting what had happened and feels she was used and scammed for 7k. The next day we had called to talk to the dealer and no one answered or called back. Today, 8/23/25 we drove the car up to talk to him about a refund and the misrepresentation of the car and it's history. He instantly shut us down and was extremely defensive. We tried to tell him we are being polite and to talk with respect and he was rude the whole time. He was talking over us and raising his voice. And ultimately he said "there wasn't any problems until you guys bought it" WHICH IS THE NUMBER ONE THING BAD DEALERS SAY. THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD AND SCAMS PEOPLE.

Large sticker on windshield that stated "Inspected" qualifies for extended warranty. Asked sales if there was anything wrong with the truck. "Just minor scratches and little things, great truck, it's was inspected" Received the truck and parked it in driveway overnight. That morning, backed up and saw a large oil stain on driveway. Got out, looked through the wheel well and saw a very noticeable oil leak seeping off the engine block. Crawled underneath only to find not only a large leak but a leak that has been going on for months/years based on the build up of oil everywhere. I'm not a mechanic, but if this truck was "inspected" anyone could see this truck has a major leak that had been going for awhile and should have been disclosed. Sure, I could have had it inspected, but that was already done be the dealer, supposedly. Reached out to Kapp Auto and instead of trying to find a solution, I was told I was questioning his character and that they "never saw it". Kapp Auto Sales either lied about the truck being inspected or lied about its condition. Either way it's unethical and I would caution doing any business with this dealer. I would also question any and all of these reviews. You've been warned.

Our schedule was a bit tight so we had to make appointments to come back a couple of times. Kirk was very accommodating. We didn't feel rushed or pushed in the slightest. When it came time to make our purchase, Christina was very kind and patient. The shop was clean and inviting. The bathroom was also nice. I feel like these details are very important and I have been to many small dealerships in which I haven't even wanted to sit down due to the filth. Westgate didn't have that problem at all and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal and a comfortable process. Buying a car is stressful, and they helped ease our nerves.

**** please ready before purchasing a used vehicle **** This…read morewas one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. We purchased a used truck from Young dealership in Riverdale and specifically asked multiple times for the vehicle inspection report BEFORE signing anything. We were told, "we'll get right on that," but it was never provided. I had to come back two more times, and on the third visit I finally said I wasn't leaving without the inspection report and Carfax. It took over two hours to get them. Once we finally saw the inspection report, it was clear why they avoided giving it to us. The truck had serious issues flagged, including oil leaks, bad brakes, and rotten tires--all marked as high caution. Within a day of bringing the truck home, it was actively leaking oil. We immediately reached out and were given the general sales manager's (Jason Shipley) contact. It took a full week to even get a response, and after being told we'd hear back, we were completely ignored. After two more weeks of trying, we had to go above him to the general manager (Jacob Sobers) just to get any help. We were told to bring the truck in to be fixed. We clearly explained the issues, but the service department either ignored or overlooked them and focused on other things. They claimed it was "fixed," but when we got it home, it was still leaking oil and still had engine blow-by. We took it back the very next day with the same problems. Then came the worst part--they denied the repairs. We were told every used vehicle comes with a 3-month/3,000-mile warranty, which covers any lubricated part and lubrication issues like oil leaks should absolutely be covered. Instead, they refused to honor it and would not take responsibility for a vehicle they sold in poor condition. This dealership was dishonest from the start, failed to communicate, and completely avoided accountability when serious issues came up. We were misled, ignored, and left with a vehicle that should never have been sold in that condition. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before buying from here.
