    If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT buy a vehicle from Westbridge Auto - they might sell it…read moreout from under you. We had an agreement to buy a truck from them, completed and paid for a pre-buy inspection at a local mechanic, had an approved loan from our bank, and were waiting for the bank to send Westbridge a check. We had an explicit agreement that Westbridge that they would give us right of first refusal if anyone came in to buy the truck before our bank sent the check. After spending all day on the phone leaving unreturned messages for Aaron, Westbridge's owner, and with our bank, trying to find out why they hadn't sent the check yet (as it turns out, it's because Westbridge's name wasn't on the title, and the bank thought that was fishy), we were on our way to Westbridge to offer to just pay cash and pick up the truck. On our way, we received a text from Westbridge that they had sold the vehicle this morning. Not only was this interaction incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, but we're out the money for the inspection, and all the time, money, and hassle of canceling the commitments with our mechanic, camper installer, and lodging reservations for this weekend. We wouldn't have made these plans had we not had a deal in place...lesson learned, I guess: you can't count on used card dealers after all.

Our schedule was a bit tight so we had to make appointments to come back a couple of times. Kirk was very accommodating. We didn't feel rushed or pushed in the slightest. When it came time to make our purchase, Christina was very kind and patient. The shop was clean and inviting. The bathroom was also nice. I feel like these details are very important and I have been to many small dealerships in which I haven't even wanted to sit down due to the filth. Westgate didn't have that problem at all and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal and a comfortable process. Buying a car is stressful, and they helped ease our nerves.

Long story short he said that it would stay at 6000 and it went up to like 13,000 and then I hadn't talked to him for over six months because I was over looking at new cars and then he had audacity to tell me that his cousin had been driving it, ready to put it up for sale if I buy it ! Hard pass ! Very unprofessional if you want people who lack integrity and morals and professionalism this place is for you, but they're literally a joke will never do business with these people!

However, I'm well aware that the year makes it old but it's also a Toyota who literally advertise that after 15 years their vehicles are still on the road but okay. After negotiating I finally got them up to 20k (even tho KBB said 22-24k) for my trade in. However, these people BOUGHT a car that had damage on the driver side wheel arch panel, rear tailgate, dents on the driver side door. But the dents on the wheel arch WAS HORRIBLE! THEN Scott and the manger told me "well since we have to spend money to make money we're going to take it $1,000 out of your trade". NO. YOU BOUGHT THAT VEHICLE WITH NOTICEABLE DAMAGES/DENTS AND YOU WANT ME TO PAY FOR IT??! Absolutely not. Also, how are you going to give me a big speech about how "we don't like to put the young names on vehicles that are not worthy of it" but then purchase a vehicle with MULTIPLE dents? Crazy if you ask me. Oh and on top of that at the very end Scott said "so we did all of that for what". After I had apologized multiple times for "wasting his time" but I did not feel comfortable making a deal that would add -11,360 (trade in, taxes, titles, and fee) to a 30,000k car. You're acting like I didn't refuse your deal multiple times and said "I will not trade it in for anything less than what I deserve". Anyways, sold my car to a different dealership who gave me 24k for my trade in WHO IS MILITARY FRIENDLY for a white 2019 Chevy Suburban with LESS MILES( 80k) and a better interest rate and payment. Please don't contact me. You can't fix it or change my mind Oh and yes, I'm well aware that I overpaid for my Highlander that's why I wanted out of it even after refinancing and my family needed something bigger!
