We had an explicit agreement that Westbridge that they would give us right of first refusal if anyone came in to buy the truck before our bank sent the check. After spending all day on the phone leaving unreturned messages for Aaron, Westbridge's owner, and with our bank, trying to find out why they hadn't sent the check yet (as it turns out, it's because Westbridge's name wasn't on the title, and the bank thought that was fishy), we were on our way to Westbridge to offer to just pay cash and pick up the truck.
