They have a wonderful selection of cards and balloons for all occasions. I do find the prices here to be higher than other stores charge for the same products but I usually stack coupons and rewards to make it worth while to shop here and almost always end up getting a better deal. Make sure to sign up for rewards. This store is clean and very well organized. Customer service is on-point. There were two registers open. The check out line was a bit long but went fast and they had a third person helping with self-checkout which was nice. Shopping carts are only for the store so I didn't buy more than I could carry. There are stairs to enter from the street as well as an underground parking lot that has both elevator and stairs. Overall, I had a good experience shopping here.

As soon as I walked through the doors, I noticed a really bad smell throughout the entire store. The carpet was extremely dirty and made the whole place feel run-down and poorly maintained. For a CVS located in such a busy shopping center, I honestly expected the store to be much cleaner and more welcoming. The customer service was also practically nonexistent. There was no one around asking customers if they needed help or even acknowledging them when they came in. It felt like you were completely on your own. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was seeing a man putting items into his backpack and appearing to steal merchandise. There was a security guard standing right by the entrance, but I did not see the guard take any action. I obviously can't speak to what the security guard may or may not have been aware of, but as a customer, witnessing that made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I hope management takes a serious look at the condition of the store, customer service, and overall security because the experience was far below what I would expect from CVS.
