They did an amazing job making sure that my appliances were clean and I truly appreciated it. However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. Like I said, they were very kind and did a great job with the appliances, I just strongly urge you to thoroughly check after they're done cleaning.

The rep does a complete walk-through so there are no surprises when the cleaners arrive. TCA also has a client portal so you can see upcoming cleaning, and pay for cleaning right there on line. That is a huge convenience. TCA sent Rosy and Wendy to my home for my initial Deep Cleaning of my bathroom and kitchen yesterday. They did an exceptional job! Thorough, professional, and they had a lot to clean. I have my 2nd Deep Cleaning scheduled for next Monday, and have requested this same duo. The crew had paperwork that defined exactly what they were to do, and a supervisor came out to check that everything was done to my satisfaction. There's a bit of a learning curve in any new relationship, and I will have to be a bit more involved to make sure that they know tricky things about my home. (It took a while to dry out the gas stove ignitors after the intense cleaning that Rosy did! But, all is well now, my stove is so clean I am afraid to use it, and Rosy knows more about gas stoves than she did before!) Overall, they did a fantastic job! I like the fact that TCA does not use harsh chemicals. My house smells clean without the pungent odor of Lysol.

Glenda's team did an amazing job from top to bottom. They were thorough, efficient, and paid attention to the little details that make a difference. What really impressed me was noticing the next morning that they had even cleaned out my shower drain, something I hadn't expected and didn't realize until later. They've converted me as I wasn't previously someone who wanted to go through what I thought was a hassle to have cleaners come in, but Capital Maids makes it easy and the end results are just wow. Getting an estimate and the first cleaning scheduled was easy--super responsive, and the team arrived promptly at my requested time. Man, did they get down to business quickly, carefully, and did an amazing job. I'd meant to do a "pre-cleaners' clean" to move a lot of clutter out of the way and get bags of unfolded laundry put in the closet so that they had a clearer workspace: when I saw how they had straightened up my bedroom in addition to cleaning, I breathed a huge sigh of relief! My half-finished organizing projects and haphazard stacks of things waiting to be weeded through were all neatly arranged and order was restored, in addition to the vacuuming and dusting, plus flawless bed made. The jumbles of clothes on my "chairderobe" (you know, that piece of furniture that collects unfolded clean clothes and clothes that don't need to be washed) were all impeccably smoothed and expertly folded. I was working from home in another room and they didn't bother me with questions or make much noise, just politely asked me to move to a clean room once they needed to work on the room I was in. Bathrooms are sparkling, kitchen stove top looks almost new, visual order has been restored in my family room, lol. The end result: a nice reboot on my two bed, two bath condo that had been neglected for too long and needed a good top to bottom clean. Treat yo self and schedule a cleaning with Capital Maids--you won't be disappointed and it will be such a relief to have one less item on your to-do list.
