This used to be 5 stars but has gone down recently.
If you call couple of days in advance to make sure they will have your medication in stock they say yes yes , yet when you drive all the way over there , they dont have it.
Once i went up a day before my prescription plan would pay for medication because they told me it was right day. So i had to drive back again the next morning only to find out not only did they tell me to come up making sure i had the right day the day before which was incorrect. They didnt even have the medication in stock. Unfortunately for me they didnt even bother to order the medication. I sat in the pharmacy for a hour waiting for the delivery because i didnt know it wasnt in stock the day before so i went up when they opened.
So i waisted time and gas going. There twice under there instructions..
Now i wouldnt be so upset but this hasnt been done once but several times to me for my families scripts
When they first opened they listened to you , they made sure they had your medication when refill is due.
They called you when they had a question or needed more information.
Now they just yes you to death dont pay attention to you and disregard any phone calls to have refills done before you go there. ( which is never started until you show up ).
I've seen people walk in to pick up a prescription dropped off the day before and were told they didnt fill it because they didnt have her soc sec number which was insurance card number. They didnt bother to call them they just waited till they showed up and said you have to go back home to get her ins number , he said i just sat here 20 min waiting to get handed a script i was told was done , and just drove a hour here to find out you didnt fill it at all . now you want me to drive back home and get a card . They said yes , and said cant i just call her for the number and they said sure.
He said it sure beats driving 2 hours to get a 5 dollar script. Then he said let me ask you , you have my number on file , why didnt you just call me yesterday for the number or why wasnt i asked when I called to make sure it was filled why was i told it was all ready instead of actually checking .
This seems to be the way they are these days.
They would rather you drive there 4x instead of giving you a quick call to ask a question or actually check if medication is in stock. I dont think they consider people drive great distances to get anywhere.
This place once was awesome , now they make you feel like a annoyance. With a unlimited amount of gas and time . read more
