I ordered wine glasses and plates from Walmart for Friday delivery. The order was delayed until…read moreSunday, then delivered to the wrong address after 8 PM. To make matters worse, I spent way too much time going in circles with Walmart's chat system just trying to reach a human. After finally speaking with someone, I was told I have to wait another 48 hours before I can even request a refund because they want to see if the order gets delivered again. So let's do the math: 48 hours waiting for a delayed package, then another 48 hours waiting to ask for a refund. That's four days of waiting after Walmart already failed to deliver the order correctly. What does a person have to do to get some wine glasses and plates? The most frustrating part isn't even the delivery mistake. It's spending time with multiple customer service representatives only to end up right back at square one. In an era where companies are investing heavily in AI and customer experience, Walmart needs to do better. If customers have to fight through automated systems and multiple support agents just to get basic help, something is broken.

I am really glad to be able to go to a well-run, competent, local pharmacy where they know what they're doing. Their selection of merchandise is not huge, but somehow they usually manage to have what I'm looking for - (kind of the opposite of those huge stores where they have a zillion thing but not what you actually want...) Thumbs up.

The pharmacy was busy just as they are in LA and the pharmacist was just as nice or even nicer. She took my information and told me it would be ready in 20 mins, took 10 mins instead. Sweet! I work in Oregon and had to come home for the weekend for a funeral. I reside on Long Island but I…read morealso live in PA, where my family resides. I had to go to the ER in Oregon before my flight because I've had an unbearable excruciating toothache. The hospital gave me 3 scripts to get filled, and I asked them if they would work since they're out of state, but I just had to make sure even though I don't think a hospital would steer anyone in the wrong direction. So I went to CVS in Carbondale first and they said that CVS in honesdale will take my New York insurance and will fill my scripts DEPENDING on the pharmacist?!?!! .. anyways, I called and they said no because it'll back up their system...... so they can but they don't want to is what he meant to say. So I called again today and they told me to come in with my scripts so I did and I almost paid out of pocket with a discount that this nice lady who was helping me use. But then as I walk away I hear someone say "Stephanie!" So I turn around and ROB said no it cannot be finalized because it's out of state. Fast forward I'm now sitting at rite aid and I explained to the pharmacist what was going on and the pharmacist said no that's not true. And they are helping me AND it's going through my insurance. Long story short ROB is so worried about his system being backed up and the inconvenience of my toothache / infection that could turn into sepsis, ROB doesn't care about you. ROB is just lazy & only cares about the work load, or lack there of, that he has to do. Thank you rite aid !
