It took the 4 1/2 hours to process 30 pills for pain ( opiates ) after a surgery with the script called in by the surgical unit of the hospital. They NEVER answer the phone, just stiff arm you with the computer system, leaving me with no way to convey the urgency of the situation. I'm transferring our meds elsewhere.

The cashier was helping someone so figured I would just use the self checkout, and as soon as I scanned my one item a message blared "requesting assistance." Not sure what set it off? The cashier was still helping the one customer at the register so I waited for someone to come help me in self checkout. Another employee came, swiped their card and I was good to go.
