Absolutely the best drugstore around. Everyone is professional, courteous and very helpful.

A long time customer of this pharmacy, I never had issues with any of the pharmacists before. That is, until a few weeks ago. My mother has issues walking so I must travel to and from the pharmacy for her medicine. We were up until recently frequent loyal customers. While on a call with Lynn, a pharmacist who never gave us issues before, she got very rude and disrespectful toward my mother including hanging up on her mid call. What warranted her behavior is unknown to me. That's not how anyone should treat customers. Well, I expected at least an apology from the owner if not from Lynn herself. The other workers here are so sweet and I thought perhaps it was a bad day for her, which could explain her demeanor, but not excuse it. I decided to talk to owner Chuck, who was also kind to my mother when she made the rare trek into Sheehan's. I explained the situation to him, and he attempted to make it sound like we confused how Lynn talked to my mother as rude when it wasn't. I wasn't buying it. I asked for an apology from Lynn, to which he said, quite frankly, I wasn't getting one. When I asked why, he childishly replied "because I'm the boss." Needless to say, I took whatever prescription I had left there and I will never return. I don't expect such behavior from this place, especially not from the owner. I don't expect others to be treated like this either and odds are they won't, but this is my experience, and I needed to share it. read more

My parents and I have been going to Sheehans for years. They offer excellent customer service, with a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The pharmacists are always willing to step away from what they're doing to help with any questions you have, I once asked a pharmacist to recommend an over the counter cough medicine and he took the time to walk me through the best options. I can easily fill or refill a prescription using their phone system, or speak to any member of the staff if I have questions, over the phone. They are very prompt and even offer a delivery service if you can't go to the store to pick up your prescriptions. I was very ill with the flu and used their delivery service to get my medications delivered to me, it was very convenient! read more
