The registered West Milford-based pharmacist Nikolina Paskoski, who now also serves as Walgreens district manager, did an illegal, unauthorized prescription filling against the patient's clear instructions, fraudulently billing the insurance company until the illicit action could be reversed! This, after this same pharmacist refused to allow the medication prescription that was supposed to be filled to be ordered through Walgreens usual distributor system, because she wanted to first get rid of older, soiled product from other stores!! On top of all this, Paskoski discriminated against the patient on the basis of their age, disabilities and the severe, potentially fatal medical condition requiring the daily specialized medication, and had the audacity to block other pharmacists from filling the desperately-needed prescription with fresh product! So much for Walgreens' promise to serve the health and well-being of customers! Without question, this employee should be fired immediately, and not allowed to hold a NJ pharmacist license, so as to protect customers at this and other stores in the chain.

Highly recommend walmart for all your shopping needs, as they have food from fruit, to salads to yogurt to snacks, to vegetables, to pizzas, to ice cream, to milk. They even have a subway inside where one can get food, and Auntie Annes Pretzels too! They have a pharmacy with polite people-- although they changed my medication to a brand that i was unfamilar with and it bothered me. But try it! They also have a beauty section where one can find beauty needs like nail polish, shampoo, and all types of hair products, oh and don't forget toothpaste! What a Crap Show! I…read moreusually love Walgreens since it's part of the NYC Duane Reade family of stores but boy was my visit to this place a complete disaster! First off let's be real, the bread and butter of these big box pharmacies is in fact the pharmacy. We don't come here for the butter but for our much needed drugs to heal those ailments we have. I came visited for a simple flu shot and arrived with 2 people in line at the pharmacy. Pharmacist was flustered, frustrated and even barked at two of us that were there for the flu shot that she's too busy and we may have to wait upwards of an hour! Whoa!! Why have us make an appointment in advance only to say you don't have the time for us!?! The line did start to get large from the point I arrived and when I finally got my flu shot I was a bit concerned the pharmacist was so frustrated with her job that she might inadvertently give me another Covid shot because someone arrived after me for exactly that. I had to ask, "I'm here for the flu shot, that's what you got in your hand right!?" If there's a mom and pop small pharmacy in the area I completely encourage supporting that local small business because these big box pharmacies while they have a place in our world sadly it can be a mixed experience.

They still met me me, gave me my shot and answered all my questions. I was wondering how a CVS could possibly have such bad reviews and figured I'd see something while I was here. I went to the self checkout isle since nobody was behind the counter, but the item scanned up the wrong price and I couldn't cancel my transaction. I hit the help button for assistance to cancel my transaction or have the price changed but nobody came to help me.I walked out without buying anything. You can go there and use the self check out as long as nothing you need is locked up. It seemed like the pharmacy was very busy, they seemed to be fully staffed and working hard.
