My girlfriend and I both got the 60 minute detoxify package. The lady who was working took us both toward the back area where she alternated with one of us doing the foot soak and the other getting the foot reflexology massage (then switching for the latter half). We were both more than satisfied with the quality of the services, ESPECIALLY given the price point (we paid $20 each). One thing that could elevate the experience is if they played some light spa music in the background, but otherwise, we left extremely happy customers and plan to definitely return in the future. read more

Good Foot Spa - Price packages - Massage Near Me - Mount Prospect, Illinois

She was the only one present. During my time in session, the phone rang a few times which she answered and took questions from the caller. Massage: you lay on your back. She massages what she can. Reflexology was basically a foot rub. Then your feet are soaked in a black bucket. The lotion has menthol in it so I had to drive home with this in my back, neck, hair, and somehow it got into my right eye as I was driving. When you walk out, she asks you for a tip though she is the owner. You get what you pay for. read more

I feel amazing from the wonderful massage that Mai gave me for my Reflexology package. I can't wait to go back and get a full body massage by Mai. She is very knowledgeable experienced and compassionate lady. read more

Very clean and thorough massage Happy to go back again. There are locations in Wheeling and Mount Prospect and I've been to both and love them both read more

Number one: They don't speak English so it's was hard to communicate with them. Number 2: It was hard finding the location and by them not speaking English it was hard to get there. Number 3: The service: I guess I got what I paid for. The massage was a little rough and I I felt like they just soaked my foot in a bowl of water for thirty min. It felt a little uncomfortable especially because I was laying back but I had my feet in a bowl. read more

First of all, it was 88 degrees out and they had no air conditioning on. Front door and back door wide open, I was melting in there. The "massage" was mainly weak and felt like she was just caressing me. When she did apply pressure it was painfully sharp like it was her nails. Then she left us to soak our feet for the "detox" that they actually cut short as I was watching the time on it. They started cooking and I could hear all the sizzling and pan scraping loudly as they placed us in the back. The smell of food was also powerful. The brightness of the wide open back door was also uncomfortable and I was unable to actually relax. I was very upset with the entire experience and just wanted to run out. But the woman stops me and asks for her tip. "Ok fine if you're going to ask" I thought to myself and gave her a few dollars but she's like "that's all?! We take card as well." So I blankly told her that was awful and I was unhappy, she defensively asked why and was about to start arguing with me but instead stopped and angrily shooed me out with hand motions saying "ok, go, go, go." They had very little regard for my comfort or relaxation. I was just a task that she half assed and then demand money from. I will never go there again. I regret paying for the service and tipping anything at all. read more

Good Foot Spa - Wide open back door during 88 degree day. Place was very hot and too bright to a actually relax. - Massage Near Me - Mount Prospect, Illinois

I had good experiences here in the past but not today. My daughter and I had appointments and there was only one person for both of us. During her massage I was left laying on the chair for half hour with my feet in water. After thirty minutes he moved over to me. Massaged each side of my neck for about 15 seconds and the shoulders about the same. There were multiple interruptions of him walking away to greet walk ins. Too much talking back and forth between employees and noisy music from the Bulgarian dance center on the opposite side of the wall. They used to massage arms fingers, scalp neck while feet were soaking then work from top to bottom and focus on feet. It was not relaxing due to the interruptions and most of the time was just feet and legs. Also painful at times due to too much pressure. Not a pleasant experience and likely won't go back. read more

We arrived and the place looked a little janky but upon entering the actual Spa area in back, it was fine. The foot massage and masseuse's were good. However the reflexology portion of it was weird where they put a band on our arm to monitor I don't know what and then brought hot water in a bucket to put our feet in. No scents, oil or simple jets, just water in a bucket. To top the experience off, We had pre-paid our services on Groupon and as we were leaving we thanked them for our service and the guy at the desk said "What, no tip?" Which personally I thought was a little bold so me and my sister each gave $5 for each of our masseuse's and he scoffed at the amount. We won't be returning or recommending. read more

I've come here once a week for a few months And so far.. the service just keeps getting worse. Also the language barrier is a huge problem. And one time I got a 60 minute massage I didn't like the service very much, due to the fact that I hate a rough massage and there is a man there who is wayyyy too rough and it actually starts to hurt really bad and when you tell him to not be so rough I don't think he understands. So me being the extra harsh critic I am, I only tipped 10$ .. one of the ladies then got angry and said "5 more dollars" like wtf?? and I feel bad so of course I gave more and that was part of my gas money lol! The wrist attachment makes no sense to me and actually last time it made mine and my friends wrists Itchy.. strange. Other than that, it's mediocre but it's clean, and pricing is fabulous. They just might need to invest in some Rosetta Stone! read more

This place SUCKS! They dipped our feet in TOILET water and then used Vaseline to massage our feet. Really? Detoxifying water?? SAVE YOUR COINS and DO NOT go here!!!!! Worse place and the man in the end asked for a tip. They say 60 minutes massage but more like 20 minutes massage! read more

I went into this place at 7:30PM on a Monday night. It was a long weekend and I was looking forward to getting a 60 minute reflexology massage. When I went in, there was nobody at the front. After a few minutes someone came up and I asked if they had availability for a 60 minute service (actually I had to point to it on a laminated sheet because the individual did not speak English and we were having trouble communicating) When I pointed to the service he just started laughing and kept pointing to the 30 minute service saying there wasn't enough time. I asked why because the hours said open until 9PM and it was only 7:30PM. He just kept shaking his head - and there was nobody in the entire place so I knew a wait or shortage of staff shouldn't have been an issue. Nonetheless I ended up leaving. Please don't advertise your services until 9PM if you don't intend to follow-through on that - it's false advertising. I will not be going back here. The place also did not look well-kept and smelled fowl - guess I actually lucked-out on that one! read more

When I came, they told me that Groupon is paid for 30 min massage, and I need to pay an extra $20 to have one hour massage. I didn't have my glasses and couldn't check what I paid for. I didn't remember that it was a one-hour session as bought this Groupon a long time ago. I could not imagine they would lie to the customer. In addition, the massage is not good especially back massage. I wonder if they know how to do it in the right way. In the end, they requested $10 tips for such bad service. Please avoid this place. It doesn't worth your money. read more

I always walk out feeling like a princess. Relaxed and smiling from ear to ear. I do the full body for $30. 30 minute foot soak while the rub your head, face, ear, neck and arms. Then the rub your feet for 30 minutes and have you roll over. They rub your back and shoulders, and legs. After they stretch you they have you sit up and rub your neck and shoulders. They cover your eyes and body with towels and play nice relaxing music. It can be so meditative . I always tell them to do it a little hard as I prefer a rougher 'massage' and though it hurts a little because reflexology is supposed to hurt a bit, the next day it feels amazing! I highly recommend this place. Language barrier can be a problem but you don't really need to say much to them and they will call you out if you don't leave a decent tip. read more

Not going back, the guy was an awful, very rough (jabbing, and poking, pulling at my arms, etc.), hands smelled like cigarettes (barf), didn't understand my requests for more gently, softer, etc., and I paid for a 90 min and got about 45mins (the guy was late). I took out my card to pay and they said cash only, but then "didn't have change" for a large bill and I ended up giving an ungodly tip that I wasn't pleased with. (The cashier/masseuse requested for a larger tip- like 50%). I wanted to give them a chance, despite sketchy reviews, and would be happy to have a place like this nearby, but no thanks to an untidy place with unskilled staff. Randomly, the person I went with had a better massage and got the full time (but that staff person spoke no English and was the one who insisted on the humongous tip). read more

Great little place. Great service and peaceful. For the money, you can't beat it. Leaving feeling relaxed, refreshed, and at peace. I'll definitely be going back! read more

Massage was nice but the staff could learn how to interact with people better. Myself and my guest were done and I went to pay, I offered the traditional 15% tip when the staff said "o no, ten dollars tip is required for each". Are you kidding me?!?! I was mortified. I had been coming for quite some time and have brought many people to this establishment and have never been treated like this before. I will not be coming back. read more

My husband and I thought we would try this place out.... We go every week to foot spas and our normal place was booked. We went for the 60 min $30 but decided to do the 90 min for $50. We got there at 5:10 was brought back to the room maybe 5-10 mins later and then sat for about 20 mins before anyone provided any services due to someone coming in that had an appt that they did not know about, they didn't write it down. So it's about 5:40 and someone came to start work on my husband well I sat and waited another 20-30 mins as the person who was supposed to do me did the appt so I had to wait for someone to be done. My husband was done around 6:20 and I was done by 6:40 first of all how in the hell do you call that 90 mins when we there for less pissed beyond belief and they tried to argue with us about it. Second my person was absolutely terrible I would not call anything he did relaxing as he barely even massaged me just would press here and there rub there I mean he spent a total of 3 mins on both my arms combined. I could go deeper into how disappointed and upset I am about this experience but not even worth it. But I will add I was extremely uncomfortable as he kept trying to peek in when I was getting dressed and then held open the curtain and watched and waited until we walked out. Don't waste you money and we will NEVER be back!!! read more

It's the typical discount massage place, which is not a bad thing. Prompt, effective, and relaxing! Massage was great! I went with a groupon and they tried to get me to upgrade for more money which I chose not to do. I would go back! Great quick relaxing treatment. read more

The service itself was good. There was clearly a communication barrier though. Also, they strap some wristlet onto your wrist and connect it to some sort of machine. I have NO idea what that was all about. The foot bath water was REALLY hot so when I asked her to cool it off a bit, she appeared puzzled. Other than that, it wasn't the best, wasn't the worst. Might go back again if I was needing something on the fly in the area. read more

Great foot and acupressure body massage!! The staff is very friendly and polite, and although there is a slight communication barrier, the service is still great. They start each massage with firm pressure and ask if it's ok or not. If it's too much pressure, let them know. If the pressure is good just say yes or make some noise of approval. I went on a Sunday at 2 pm and had no problem getting in with a one hour call ahead. The service is a complete bargain. Clean place, they wear latex gloves for the foot massage, and employees wash their hands before starting the massage. I opted for a 60 minute treatment, which is actually 90 min (30 min foot soak, 60 min foot and body massage), for 30 dollars plus tip. I was prepared to add a 10 dollar tip, based on other reviews; I felt like deserved every penny. I will be returning when I feel like I need the pampering. read more

I've been here twice. Got two offers on Groupon so I treated myself. On my last visit, when I arrived they had other offers for a small additional cost so I got a full work up which was nicely done. When it came to paying, the attendant actually asked me to increase my tip by $5! I found that to be very odd and slightly infuriating. But I budged just incase she was really desperate :( I bought it at $22 ended up spending $15 more and $10 added tip! read more

Very relaxing massage for amazing price. I couldn't be happier. I bought Groupon but even without it was great deal. I will be back for sure

GOOD foot spa?! More like BAD foot spa!!!!! Or maybe even GOOF foot spa!! Holy crap what a joke!!!! I was waiting for candid camera to come out and tell me that it was all a joke! Went in for a 6:30 appt and left at 9!! Soaked feet for a whopping hour and a half!! I left feeling worse than when I arrived!!!! Bye bye good foot spa! Never again!!! Stupidly I've been here a couple times. The WORST massages I've ever had. Ever. Byeeeeeee!!!!!! Hope you get shut down soon! Waste of money. read more

Great massage, clean facility, great bargain. I did get a 'foot detox' after an hour massage. It was, umm, interesting, but I felt really relaxed afterwards. Good Feet is a good foot massage place. Recommended! read more

I just called there to confirm my appointment for me and my daughter. They guy that answered the phone could not speak English. We have an appointment on Wednesday at 1 PM. I will enter a complete review when we get there. But for now I am afraid of this place. They can't even handle a phone call. read more

The place is very nice, calm. They were playing Korean singers, not meditation music, but that was ok. The massages were wonderful. The last half- hour was a detox foot soak, which we could have done without. Overall, we would go back, especially for the grand opening price of $20/hour or $30/1.5 hours. read more

Very thorough head, neck and foot massage. Usually I don't like these places because they're too rough and I feel beaten after a massage, but this place was different. I asked her to avoid my back due to an old injury. She asked me how the pressure was and worked out all my knots. Very wonderful 30minutes of bliss. I especially loved the head, shoulder part! Thank you!!! read more
