The lady who was working took us both toward the back area where she alternated with one of us doing the foot soak and the other getting the foot reflexology massage (then switching for the latter half). We were both more than satisfied with the quality of the services, ESPECIALLY given the price point (we paid $20 each). Reflexology was basically a foot rub. Then your feet are soaked in a black bucket. The lotion has menthol in it so I had to drive home with this in my back, neck, hair, and somehow it got into my right eye as I was driving. First of all, it was 88 degrees out and they had no air conditioning on. Front door and back door wide open, I was melting in there. The "massage" was mainly weak and felt like she was just caressing me. When she did apply pressure it was painfully sharp like it was her nails. Then she left us to soak our feet for the "detox" that they actually cut short as I was watching the time on it. They started cooking and I could hear all the sizzling and pan scraping loudly as they placed us in the back. The smell of food was also powerful. The brightness of the wide open back door was also uncomfortable and I was unable to actually relax. I was very upset with the entire experience and just wanted to run out. But the woman stops me and asks for her tip. "Ok fine if you're going to ask" I thought to myself and gave her a few dollars but she's like "that's all?! We take card as well." So I blankly told her that was awful and I was unhappy, she defensively asked why and was about to start arguing with me but instead stopped and angrily shooed me out with hand motions saying "ok, go, go, go." They had very little regard for my comfort or relaxation. I was just a task that she half assed and then demand money from. I will never go there again. I had good experiences here in the past but not today. My daughter and I had appointments and there was only one person for both of us. During her massage I was left laying on the chair for half hour with my feet in water. After thirty minutes he moved over to me. Massaged each side of my neck for about 15 seconds and the shoulders about the same. There were multiple interruptions of him walking away to greet walk ins. Too much talking back and forth between employees and noisy music from the Bulgarian dance center on the opposite side of the wall. They used to massage arms fingers, scalp neck while feet were soaking then work from top to bottom and focus on feet. It was not relaxing due to the interruptions and most of the time was just feet and legs. Also painful at times due to too much pressure. We arrived and the place looked a little janky but upon entering the actual Spa area in back, it was fine. The foot massage and masseuse's were good. However the reflexology portion of it was weird where they put a band on our arm to monitor I don't know what and then brought hot water in a bucket to put our feet in. No scents, oil or simple jets, just water in a bucket. To top the experience off, We had pre-paid our services on Groupon and as we were leaving we thanked them for our service and the guy at the desk said "What, no tip?" I've come here once a week for a few months And so far.. the service just keeps getting worse. Also the language barrier is a huge problem. And one time I got a 60 minute massage I didn't like the service very much, due to the fact that I hate a rough massage and there is a man there who is wayyyy too rough and it actually starts to hurt really bad and when you tell him to not be so rough I don't think he understands. I went into this place at 7:30PM on a Monday night. It was a long weekend and I was looking forward to getting a 60 minute reflexology massage. When I went in, there was nobody at the front. After a few minutes someone came up and I asked if they had availability for a 60 minute service (actually I had to point to it on a laminated sheet because the individual did not speak English and we were having trouble communicating) When I pointed to the service he just started laughing and kept pointing to the 30 minute service saying there wasn't enough time. I asked why because the hours said open until 9PM and it was only 7:30PM. He just kept shaking his head - and there was nobody in the entire place so I knew a wait or shortage of staff shouldn't have been an issue. Nonetheless I ended up leaving. Please don't advertise your services until 9PM if you don't intend to follow-through on that - it's false advertising. I will not be going back here. When I came, they told me that Groupon is paid for 30 min massage, and I need to pay an extra $20 to have one hour massage. I didn't have my glasses and couldn't check what I paid for. I didn't remember that it was a one-hour session as bought this Groupon a long time ago. I could not imagine they would lie to the customer. I always walk out feeling like a princess. Relaxed and smiling from ear to ear. I do the full body for $30. 30 minute foot soak while the rub your head, face, ear, neck and arms. Then the rub your feet for 30 minutes and have you roll over. They rub your back and shoulders, and legs. After they stretch you they have you sit up and rub your neck and shoulders. They cover your eyes and body with towels and play nice relaxing music. It can be so meditative . I always tell them to do it a little hard as I prefer a rougher 'massage' and though it hurts a little because reflexology is supposed to hurt a bit, the next day it feels amazing! I highly recommend this place. Language barrier can be a problem but you don't really need to say much to them and they will call you out if you don't leave a decent tip. read more

Not going back, the guy was an awful, very rough (jabbing, and poking, pulling at my arms, etc.), hands smelled like cigarettes (barf), didn't understand my requests for more gently, softer, etc., and I paid for a 90 min and got about 45mins (the guy was late). I took out my card to pay and they said cash only, but then "didn't have change" for a large bill and I ended up giving an ungodly tip that I wasn't pleased with. (The cashier/masseuse requested for a larger tip- like 50%). I wanted to give them a chance, despite sketchy reviews, and would be happy to have a place like this nearby, but no thanks to an untidy place with unskilled staff. My husband and I thought we would try this place out.... We go every week to foot spas and our normal place was booked. We went for the 60 min $30 but decided to do the 90 min for $50. We got there at 5:10 was brought back to the room maybe 5-10 mins later and then sat for about 20 mins before anyone provided any services due to someone coming in that had an appt that they did not know about, they didn't write it down. So it's about 5:40 and someone came to start work on my husband well I sat and waited another 20-30 mins as the person who was supposed to do me did the appt so I had to wait for someone to be done. My husband was done around 6:20 and I was done by 6:40 first of all how in the hell do you call that 90 mins when we there for less pissed beyond belief and they tried to argue with us about it. Second my person was absolutely terrible I would not call anything he did relaxing as he barely even massaged me just would press here and there rub there I mean he spent a total of 3 mins on both my arms combined. I could go deeper into how disappointed and upset I am about this experience but not even worth it. But I will add I was extremely uncomfortable as he kept trying to peek in when I was getting dressed and then held open the curtain and watched and waited until we walked out. Great foot and acupressure body massage!! The staff is very friendly and polite, and although there is a slight communication barrier, the service is still great. They start each massage with firm pressure and ask if it's ok or not. If it's too much pressure, let them know. If the pressure is good just say yes or make some noise of approval. I went on a Sunday at 2 pm and had no problem getting in with a one hour call ahead. The service is a complete bargain. Clean place, they wear latex gloves for the foot massage, and employees wash their hands before starting the massage. I opted for a 60 minute treatment, which is actually 90 min (30 min foot soak, 60 min foot and body massage), for 30 dollars plus tip.
