This is a place for healing, where they take time to learn your body. You're never pushed into painful unnecessary massage techniques too early. Every massage was so thoughtfully done and catered to my current state, I can recommend their massage specialists enough! When looking for post-op after care you want it to feel like home, and this is exactly what Magic Post op was for me! Did I also mention their healing herbal tea is amazing? The recommendations for the supplies I would need such as rajas, foams and boards were spot on. The ones I originally got were not the best but based of their recommendations I as able to get the exact level of compression I needed. They also referred me to alteration specialists to adjust my faja as my size changed during the recovery. The attention to detail, the quality of the oils and just the overall atmosphere was such a healing experience. I think this might be the best post-op care in NYC and I'm grateful for everybody on their expert wellness team who worked with me.

I can understand that things happen, but it would be nice if they had prioritized readying the lounge area so that we could at least use the bathroom and wait in the warmth. We ended up spending a half and hour less time relaxing because we had to get to work. That being said, it is nice that they have just right number of pools and saunas to treat your body to some nice hydrotherapy. It's not fancy, but I appreciate not having to bring towels, slippers, or a robe. So, 4 stars for the space, and 2 stars for the service, averaging to 3 stars overall.

Having seen some videos and stories on Nick's page, I could actually feel the healing and genuinely compassionate energy that Nick has coming through. So many therapists just go through the technical motions without any intention or true involvement in the healing process. Nick is the real deal.
