To my surprise, I encountered a relaxing massage. The price point is amazing and it's worth every penny. Just last weekend, I got a 60-minute massage and a 30-minute foot massage and it was everything I needed. The music is tranquil and the vibe is chill! The only two issues I have is the rooms are not private as the walls don't go to the ceiling and there is no door to the room, only a sheet. The folks that work there can be heard in the back talking among themselves, which doesn't always provide a relaxing atmosphere. Regardless, I highly recommend this place and will be back every time I am in the area!

With that said, I decided to give this place a chance and my experience was incredible. They speak English and they are located in the basement so it can be hard to spot but once inside, their space is cozy, warm, and very relaxing. They even have a fish tank so it gives this place a Feng-Shui vibe. The massage I received from my masseuse was absolutely fantastic!!! He knew exactly where all my knots were at and focused on it instead of just massaging at areas that didn't hurt. The seat was very comfortable and before sitting down, they even offer me water. With my 30 min massage, it also came with hot stones that my masseuse would use to rub my feet. It felt so good that I felt like he was melting all my pain and tightness away. I also had a body massage as well, and with that they would take you into a private room to focus on all your kinks and knots. I would point to him places I would like for him to focus on and he did. If he moved to a spot I didn't like and I ask him to move back, he was more then happy to do so. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here and I'm definitely planning to come back whenever my feet starts acting up again. They are priced very responsible so make sure you tip them well.

The lady taking my appointment forgot to mentioned this to my masseuse and apologized for her oversight, however, I'm very seasoned when it comes to getting massages so I understand it's also my responsibility to speak up if I wanted more pressure - to which I did. In terms of the actual massage, it felt more like a rub with lots and lots and lotssssssss of oil, so much that I asked for a towel when she was done cause I was THAT oily. She focused mainly on my shoulders/upper back and went over this same area, completely missing my lower back, buttocks, thighs and calves. Well, this isn't completely accurate - to be fair, she rubbed oil in these areas. I expected to leave the establishment feeling relaxed and less tense but I left feeling the same. I was asked by the lady taking my appointment for feedback, which I gladly gave and was asked to come back and try a different masseuse in my next visit. I understand this is common business language to get customers to return, but I can't help but express that there should be standardized techniques - what if I come back and don't like the technique of the new masseuse? Will you ask me to come back to try a third masseuse? I understand if the client asks you to focus on specific areas (to which I did not, hence the importance of a standardized technique), but how was I supposed to know while making the appointment that she was only going to spend 90 mins on my shoulders and rub oil on the rest of my body? More importantly, how do you guarantee *consistency* for customer retention? Anyway, this review isn't specific to the masseuse which is why I haven't mentioned her name - I'm sure she's amazing in her own ways and requested by clients who prefer gentle rubs. I was really excited about this second location as it's much closer to home, however, I expected better customer service as I left feeling like I was out of $80+tip. I'm happy to pay as long as I receive the service in which I paid for. For context, I asked for partial comp service for my next visit, which to be fair, makes sense since she did not massage (only rubbed) my lower back, buttocks, thighs and calves. The lady taking appointments mentioned she would talk to the owner and get back to me "tomorrow", but it's been 5 days and I'm still waiting to hear back.......

What most people have to realize is, these are small asian massage places - where legit their job is just to massage they dont really care about the aesthetics or manners honestly. most of the time you're not in a room, but on a table separated by curtains. so yes there will be noise it will not be tranquil. ive had full body massages here and all the people ive had are ridiculously strong lol. so be prepared to be sore the next day! but honestly their massages are completely worth the price! i wish i knew the name of the person i had she was amazing. i just did the hair wash / head massage on wednesday and wow it was amazing, they washed my hair, massaged my head anddd it came with a full body massage! i was shocked i thought it was just a head massage. i highly recommend it was only 25bucks. luckily i did have a nice lady too who would ask me if it was too hard, etc. oh and they blow dry your hair at the end [:

Very disappointing after being a loyal customer for over 10 years…read more I've been coming here for over a decade, completed countless loyalty cards, received the promised free massages in the past, and referred many friends and family. Unfortunately, both the service and business practices have declined significantly. This past weekend, I came with two friends who were also getting massages. We drove an hour, and it was one of their birthdays. I had completed my loyalty card, which clearly states "complete 10 visits, receive 1 free." The owner refused to honor the promotion printed on his own card, despite having honored the same offer for me many times before. He even acted as though he didn't understand English when I questioned him. Only after I made it clear I would leave a negative review did he offer a discount on one massage--which was not the free massage I had earned. A note to other customers about tipping: The owner can be very persistent about having you pay your tip upfront when you pay for the massage. Don't feel pressured to do this. If you prefer, simply be firm that you will tip the massage therapist yourself, directly, after your service. That way, you can decide the tip based on the service you actually received. The quality has also declined over the years. An advertised one-hour massage is often shortened by nearly 10 minutes, despite paying for the full hour. After more than 10 years of loyalty, this experience was extremely disappointing. Refusing to honor your own loyalty program, pressuring customers to pay tips upfront, and cutting massage time short are simply not good business practices. I've included photos of both sides of the loyalty card so customers can see the promotion for themselves. I will not be returning or recommending this business anymore.

Disappointing Experience - Unfair Charges on Groupon Deal I recently tried to book an appointment using my Groupon, but unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The person handling my appointment stated that I will be charged $14 in taxes based on the original price of the service, not the discounted Groupon price, and 10%. This is against the law, as taxes should be calculated based on the amount actually paid (the Groupon price). I tried to address the issue, but it was clear they weren't interested in correcting the error, I was recommended to cancel my Groupon. I feel this is both unethical and misleading. I would advise anyone using a Groupon for services to double-check how taxes are being calculated to avoid unnecessary extra charges.
