I consider myself a fish and chips connoisseur and these were some of the best I've had. The halibut was flaky and perfectly cooked. The batter was light and flavorful and properly greasy. The French fries were also incredible--crispy and perfect. Both the fish and the chips were steaming hot when they were delivered to our table. The servings were generous. The Oklahoma was the first decent Oklahoma smashburger I've found anywhere. Both of our burgers were true smashburgers, with caramelized patties. It's not my new favorite blue cheese burger of all time-- a spot still held by Gott's in California. But it was really, really good.
