some seating, more in the back

I've always loved Subway's meatball subs so of course I had to order it here. The verdict is that the meatball subs here are amazing. The buns were soft and not too toasty (not to the point where it would scratch the inside of your mouth), the pesto was fresh, and the meatballs were very tender. 10/10 sandwich!!! I also got to try the turkey sub and although this one was good, I would definitely choose the meatball one over it. The service here was quick and attentive. There's also plenty of ice cream pints to purchase! Definitely have to check those out another time.

Came around lunch on a hot day. The doors were open, so AC was next to useless and there were quite a few flies that had snuck in. Tried the lunch special (1/2 beef brisket sub + coleslaw side + pop) as well as some ice cream. Beef brisket sub: Delicious. Slightly fatty, with a generous amount of meat and sauce. Nicely toasted too. Coleslaw: what happened?! Tasted like nothing. Sad slimy limpy cabbage, severely underseasoned. Could only stomach 2 forkfuls... Ice cream: Strawberry cheesecake. Yum, but nothing special. I should've tried a different flavour, like perhaps Runner's High. Service was efficient, and things were explained clearly. I feel like maybe my choices made this spot (that so many people rave about) feel like it fell a bit flat, so would be willing to come back for another lunch. Choose other things.

Strolled in wanting to try this place's breakfast sandwiches for the longest time but actually decided to get some subs instead - and we were NOT disappointed. We ordered a family meal deal, which includes two sandwiches with two sides and two drinks! Pretty value for the portions were are getting, plus they have some extra sides and drinks that are beyond the usual. We ordered the following sandwiches: - Spicy Meatball Sub: Huge, gigantic, baseball-sized meatballs. These were juicy, meaty, perfect texture and drenched in an amazing marinara sauce. Cheesy goodness on top. It's not very spicy, just a little bit. The bun is so soft. I was so impressed, this was beyond my expectations. I would totally get this again. 9/10 - Beef Brisket Sub: The brisket was very tender and doesn't get stuck in your teeth which is perfect. Lots of sauce, both barbecue sauce and mayo. Not too tangy but still had some sour ingredients like the sauce and some banana peppers. Smoked gouda cheese on top was unreal. 8/10 The guy making the sandwiches was also so nice - he apologized for the meatball sub taking 10 minutes (it did not even feel that long, we were munching on the sides and the time flew) and he gifted us a free Vietnamese coffee flavour ice cream! It was also delicious, not because it was free but because it was simply amazing. For the portion size, service, and deliciousness alone, I would definitely come back again for a quick lunch! What's not to like?

Restaurant that sells ice-cream and subs and coffee. In the summer they do $2 happy hour kiddie scoop. There's also lunch deals. The icecream has some Asian inspired flavours. No rotating flavours. There's few tables inside to dine in. It's clean inside and service is always great. There's paid street parking available but minimal.

This could've been a 5 star review but Good Behaviour, what is goin on with your cookies?? Let's start with the amazing. Ice cream was BOMB. I got the tiramisu, which is one of my go to ice cream flavours and it was perfect. Creamy, good espresso flavour with chunks of cake? Lady fingers? Whatever it was, it was yummy. I even tried a sample of the strawberry shortcake and they defs used a real strawberry compote in that. I would've gotten it as my second scoop...if I was getting one lol. Now the cookies. They looked PERFECT on the counter. The edges looked crispy and the centres looked chewy. Why were they hard AF all the way through? I was so disappointed. Like were they out too long? Were these day olds? I got the black sesame and chocolate chip cookie. The only way I was able to save the cookies was to warm them up. I had to warm up the black sesame cookie for 20 seconds for it to soften up and make it edible. I hate crunchy cookies. It had a good black sesame flavour but the texture was not it. The chocolate chip cookie was a little softer and I had to warm it up for only 12 seconds. Not my favourite and it actually had too much chocolate, in my opinion. Defs wouldn't get these again, unfortunately. However I will be coming back for ice cream and to finally try a sub!

Cute shop. Lots of ice cream options. Here's a blueberry lime sorbet for your viewing.

I have been to the original Good Behaviour location on Westmoreland Avenue North. In late October, I was walking along Queen Street West and noticed this Good Behaviour location on the south side of the street. It was a warm day for late October. I felt like ice cream or sorbet. Dropping by this location seemed perfect. Good Behaviour has submarine sandwiches. I have had the classic and spicy meatball subs. Both were excellent. I had just finished stuffing myself with good food in the area. I couldn't fit any more food in me. Soft Dough was doing a popup at this store. As much as I love this woman's baked goods (the burnt basque cheesecake is divine), I was too full to even think about them. Mango mojito sorbet? I have had it before at the original location. It seemed fitting to have it again. I got a friendly man behind the counter. He helped me get a single scoop of this sorbet flavour. The only downside was that this man talked and moved quickly. It was to the point where he wasn't a good listener. When I have to repeat my order, not because I wasn't audible, but because the other person wasn't an attentive listener, it's a downer. I paid with a credit card. I tapped. All was great. He went to hand me my cup of sorbet. Somehow, he managed to drop it onto the counter closest to him. The sorbet remained safe in the cup. Oddly, a plastic stand broke its fall. Yeah, I'm not into speediness. I was pleased that my sorbet was in pristine condition. I thanked him, took my sorbet from him, and went to the Halloween display steps away to take a photo. I loved the decor. There were a few tables and chairs to plop yourself down and enjoy your goodies. I ended up going to my car to enjoy my sorbet before I drove home. The mango mojito sorbet was fabulous. It tasted like a booze-free drink, but in sorbet format and without any hangover afterwards. It was creamy, smooth, and delightfully refreshing. The mango flavour was perfect. It wasn't an overly sweet sorbet, which I appreciated. I tasted hints of mint. So good and yummy. The wooden spoon that I got was branded. It was cool. I enjoyed my visit here. The male staffer simply needs to slow things down to provide better customer service and perhaps be a better listener. (435)

Turkey sub

I've given Good Behaviour a couple chances as I really wanted to like it, but it just doesn't hit. I've tried several of the ice creams and they're mid both in flavor and texture. Recently tried the turkey sub too and on paper the ingredients sounded delicious, but in reality the sub didn't live up to the hype. Unfortunate, but they have potential to be good.

One of my favourite places to get ice cream. My favourite flavour is the smores. Staff is always super friendly. Good amount of seating available and decor is very cute.

Turkey - so good!!

The sandwiches here are epic. Ingredients tasted super fresh and they are prepared with care. I got the turkey one and was so good. My hubby got their classic and loved it. The space itself is pretty small with just a couple do tables to sit. Lots of unique foodstuffs to choose from in the back area and a freezer full of house made ice creams. The two dudes working when we visited were super nice and the man who sold us the ice cream was so passionate about the flavours, t'was lovely. Until next time!

I love coming here for their unique ice cream flavours and mouth watering sandwiches. They also have a Weekday Ice Cream Happy Hour (Kiddie Scoop) from 3 to 5 pm for just a toonie. I have sampled almost all their ice creams just by going during this time. I would say my favourite is the Torta Della Nonna - a lemon ricotta ice cream with pine nuts and crumbled shortbread. Very refreshing with a combination of lemony tart flavour. For lunch, they offer subs and I always get their Beef Brisket. The meat was juicy and tender and paired with their Pasta Salad is just perfect. The pasta salad reminds me of a Hawaiian macaroni salad with its creamy, sweet and tangy dressing. So glad they opened this location in Toronto's Entertainment district as the food is great and prices are reasonable.

This ice cream and sandwich shop opened thir third permanent location downtown Toronto on 2024-03-01. They have amazing flavours of ice cream and delicious breakfast and lunch/dinner sandwiches. This location has indoor seating as opposed to the other two locations. We ordered the following: 1. GB Mac ($12). 2. Tamago "Egg Salad" ($12). 3. Sausage, Egg N' Cheese ($9.50). 4. Flight Ice Cream ($13.50). 5 scoops. The breafast sandwiches we had were all delicious and perfectly cooked. The 5 scoops were Cookies & Cream, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Dragon Poop, Milk & Honey, and Tiramisu. They were a great combination of contrasting flavours and colours. The customer service is pleasant and helpful. There is easy-listening music playing in the background. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There are 3 gender-neutral washrooms downstairs, one of which is wheelchair accessible (there is an elevator). There is paid neighbourhood street parking. Review 2024-042

Two cups of ice cream with scoops of yellow and green flavors are on a wooden table in a cafe. The background features pastel-colored chairs with cane backs, a textured wall with framed artwork, and a wire grid with a pink poster. The cafe has a modern, cozy interior design with decorative elements like a potted plant and framed certificates or menus.

We came for something sweet after watching the Six musical at the Royal Alexandra theatre at around 8:30pm. I've always enjoyed the Asian flavours and I got 2 kiddy scoops of the Hong Kong style milk tea and the mango sorbet. My friend got the matcha green tea and Torta Tella Nonna flavours. The kiddy scoops were generous and the flavours satisfied our sugar cravings. Loved that the store has about 6 tables with a large open window front for a nice breeze. They also sell pints to go and some Asian inspired sauces like miso chutney at the back of the store. Will definitely be back to try their sandwiches and more ice cream flavours!

The bakery production is at the back of the store. I stopped by this location of Cobs Bread on a Wed afternoon. As soon as I entered I got a whiff of fresh bread and was suddenly overwhelmed by the amount of breads and baked goods on display. I've had their cheese pullapart loafs as well as danishes previously before, however, this time I was at the store for a free cinnamon bun as it was a free birthday reward for being a member of their Cobs Club. The cashier was friendly and asked if I wanted either a cinnamon bun with icing or plain. I opted for a cinnamon bun with icing and she put it in a box for me before handing it over. During my time at the store the place had a steady flow of customers, coming in to buy baked goods. My cinnamon bun was big and tasted great! I heated it up a bit when I got home. Overall, a convenient location in the Annex for freshly baked bread and goods!

I agree that the price for a sandwich plus side salad is quite pricey ($13 including tax) but I like the fact that everything tastes fresh and light, and you have alot of options to customize your sandwich in a healthy way. I ordered the rosemary focaccia with chicken breast, arugula, avocado and chipotle spread plus their usual sprinkle of salt, pepper and squeeze of lime. It's like a gourmet sandwich - the bread was thick, soft with hints of rosemary and yummy. The salad was mostly arugula with carrots- this was very lightly seasoned but at least I won't be hit with itis going back to work! Definitely would come again, although not regularly since it's kinda pricey.

I'm going to continue with my overtime take out review series with Sandwich Box. You would think making a sandwich is probably not the most complicated task out there, but this place seems to get it all wrong. My order consisted of an egg salad sandwich on whole grain bread with a side salad. When I received it, I only got the sandwich and the restaurant failed to tell me the salad was no longer included in the combo (yet the price remained the same). That's great that the online menu was not updated to include items no longer available, a simple update would address all these problems knowmsayin? Now on to the actual sandwich, the bread was thick. I mean so thick it looked like there was about a half an inch of eggs inside of two encyclopedias worth of bread. The eggs themselves, totally flavorless and bland. Kinda hard to mess up an egg salad sandwich right? Even Tim Horton's can get that right! To make things short and sweet, I'll be looking over this option the next time I'm working late or considering a sandwich in the downtown area.
