We stopped by around 2:00 PM on a Friday and the store was pretty much empty, so we were able to make the purchase without waiting. Nicko, the employee who helped us, was very friendly and polite, and took the time to clean the car's battery terminals before he installed the battery. We were on our way in under 30 minutes. Could not ask for a better customer experience. Side note: when we called in advance to ensure the battery was in stock, we spoke with a different employee, who was not a very effective communicator--he had a difficult time understanding the make and model of the car the battery needed to fit, although it is a relatively common Lexus RX350. Regardless, after spelling out the car manufacturer's name using the phonetic alphabet two or three times, he was eventually able to figure out what we needed and confirmed the battery was in stock.
