I've been coming here for several years for key fob and watch battery replacements, and they have always been fast and efficient. I always purchase the lifetime battery, and in my opinion, it's the most cost efficient way to go. You pay a little more the first time (around $25, give or take), and all your future battery replacements for that item are free. It's a fantastic value and has definitely paid for itself. Great service every time, and I highly recommend this store.

The lens now has noticeable white residue/scratches, causing terrible flare and severely degrading photo quality. When I showed them the issue and even compared it with my older iPhone 14 Pro, they brushed it off, claiming it was a "different model" and making ridiculous excuses about the blue anti-reflective coating. Because of their refusal to take responsibility, I am attaching side-by-side photos comparing my device directly with an identical iPhone 17 Pro model to clearly show the damage.
