I've been to a bunch of vape shops. Recently I purchased a Nord 2 vape kit from another local store and after the coils went bad I went to the original store I purchased the kit from and they didn't have the coils for the unit they sold me. Nor did any other store I went to. But then I found Drag N Vape. They had the exact coil I needed for my Nord 2 and even helped me empty my burnt e juice and replaced the coils for me without hesitation. The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed. This store is a bit out of my way but I will not go to another vape shop but this one. This place is the last vape shop I need to find. Just passed through to check it out; staff was very friendly, lots of variety in juice selection (including retail competitor's brands like Vapor Shark), and they took COVID-19 protections seriously (two customers in the store at once, plexiglass separation, employees and customers must wear masks). I visited this shop on 20SEP17 and was helped by Tony. I'm a cigarette smoker and was totally Anti-vape for the longest time, but wanted to try to pick a better alternative. Tony sold me. He showed me the ins and outs of vaping and was extremely helpful , especially to someone like me who really has no idea and was new to the vape game. My husband and I visited last weekend as he was looking for new coils for his vape. The young man who took care of him was very friendly and knowledgable. The place has a very chill vibe with comfortable seating, a big TV, A Keurig, all you could need to just hang out with your friends and vape. There was another young man, that looked like his was making some modifications to a vape, that was also very friendly and informative. Really liked this place, very modern but very professional.
