I've been ordering for 3 years from them. Always fast reliable service. Great rewards program too. I just had an issue for the first time in 3 years, and they made it right, and were highly professional. Will be a lifetime customer! The also have a ton of stock, and botique cigars that are hard to find elsewhere. Can't say enough good things about them! My friend 3 years ago told me about them after having too many shipments from Famous Cigars that came damaged. Never had that issue with Neptune, and they use a humidity pack for singles. read more

Warning: DO NOT BUY FROM NEPTUNE CIGARS, THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND! This morning, upon checking my bank account, I was shocked to see an order having gone through from Neptune Cigers that I did not make. I immediately called the store, and was informed that their third party merchants had "made an error," and that there was nothing they could do. I then called the store back in the evening, and was informed that the merchants might fix things in "three days or so." This store has left my bank account with $9.00 If you want to risk this type of experience, go ahead and buy from them. Otherwise, STAY AWAY. Their behavior and response to this drastic error is entirely uprofessional and shameful. read more

I've been buying cigars from Neptune when we visit Miami and online now for a couple of years. It's always been one of my favorite store. However...this new superstore is the best there is around...PERIOD!! I asked for over fifteen cigars just to see how well it was stocked and they had them all plus tons more I've never heard of. The staffs knowledge of cigars is second to none and they are beyond helpful! Everyone wants your experience to be amazing. The value is always superb here as well. Some of the best prices I've run across. Gotta say that I'm looking forward to returning to Miami just to go back here and relax and blow smoke!! read more

Great service and very knowledgeable staff, Rene helped me select some nice cigars. Very happy!!!!

I'm relatively new to buying cigars online. I started with 1 company, then a 2nd, then a 3rd & then Neptune. Not every company has every cigar your looking for however Neptune has the 'top' cigars that the others don't have, & they have many others that the other companies do have. There was this one cigar that no one had. Neptunes website allowed me to be notified as to when they would receive it. The other day I received a notification from Neptune that it had arrived so I immediately ordered it! Its nice to see a system that works so well. Neptune's shipping is excellent. The time it takes to get my order together & notify me that its on its way is the fastest I've ever seen. They're cigars arrive fast & fresh. When I call someone is always available to speak with. Obviously I really like this company! G. LoRusso read more

Hands down the best prices I have found in all of miami and a great selection. Knowledgeable staff and very helpful without being pushy. Miss being able to smoke in shop...maybe someday that'll happen again. Love the smoke rings too!!!! read more

This store is pretty big. Walked in and the employee immediately greeted me and asked how he can help me. I was in a hurry so i asked for a specific cigar and he pointed me in that right direction. Picked up my cigar and went to check out and notice the cigar was about $1 cheaper the other cigar shops. Plus became a member of their rewards program, which was free. This store is next to my job, so I'll be back. read more

The best place to buy cigars! Great staff and amazing selection + prices! They have events every month and will help you find the perfect stick for any occasion! read more

I just moved to Miami and have been looking for a store. I buy a lot of cigars, 8 or 10 boxes per month (yeah, I should cut back). Almost every retail cigar store I've ever been to offers a discount when buying by the box, generally 10%. But I bought a $350 box of cigars here and the staff here was very defensive on the issue. [They wanted me to join their frequent buyer club instead (where you get your discount later)]. This is a nice store, but a little too polished for my taste. It reminds me of a place where occasional smokers go to buy a stick or two, not a store where regulars are greeted by name. Still looking for a Miami store with the friendly, neighborhood feel to take my business. read more

Great cigar shop right by Dadeland Mall. They have a huge selection and excellent prices. I felt like a kid in a candy shop with racks and racks of cigars. They had my favorites, and they had a good selection of samplers on a table as you come in. They staff was very helpful and told us about their online shop. I think I will try them in the future. After we bought our sticks we enjoyed a couple in their cigar lounge. Nice place to enjoy a cigar and meet some nice people doing the same. read more

A great selection of cigars. Great customer service. Low prices. I don't know what more a person could ask of a cigar store. I've been to the store in Fort Lauderdale and it is a fine place. No matter where you live in the United States they will take care of you. read more

Super awesome store with tons and tons of cigar choices to please even the most picky cigar lover. From the moment you walk in you are taken back by the rows and rows of cigars available. They even had several tables with cigar specials and smaller packs. The staff was super friendly and helpful in my search for something new to smoke. On the other end of the store is a super comfy lounge area to enjoy your stick all while chasing it up with other cigar lovers. If you find yourself in the area check it out your cigar pallet will be pleased. On a side note parking can be a bit of a PIA since this location is right on HWY US 1 so I would park around the side of the building it will make getting out that much easier. read more

Neptune is yet another great Miami tobacconists. With a warm atmosphere, extensive selection and great prices what more could you ask for. Neptune also had a nice size lounge area and the people were all very friendly. This is the second largest cigar selection I have seen and only surpassed by the massive Corona Cigar Stores in Orlando. The quality felt higher end than Corona for some reason. After walking the many aisles I picked up a handful of Ashton ESG's, Padron 1964's and Casa Fernandez Miami Reservas. This store is convenient to areas like Coconut Grove, Pinecrest and Coral Gables. Life doesn't get much better than a pan con lechon from Malanga Cafe then a short drive down the S Dixie for a premium cigar at Neptune. read more

Absolutely top-notch cigar experts. Amazing quality - you want your cigars coming out of somewhere nice and humid like Miami (not to mention being handled by fine purveyors vs. just warehouse workers). Everyone from owner on down are all the nicest, most knowledgable, and attentive people you could possibly hope for. I have had the pleasure of visiting their stores in Miami when I had a lengthy contract down there. But was already doing business with them online - and will always continue giving them ALL of my cigar business (which is quite a bit more than average). It's just really nice when you find a gem like this. read more

I have spent tens of thousands of dailies at this store. Great selection. Great cigars. The very first time I sit in the lounge they want me to move my car. I am the only guy in the store. Ordered cigars, paid $657.00 for cigars and shipping. Got 2 phone calls saying they couldn't ship USPS because they could not guarantee the timing of delivery. I would not change my shipping preference so they cancelled my order. They said had to ship UPS for better service. Give me a break. UPS will handoff the package to USPS for delivery. I was ok with the cancelled order and full refund. I was able to order elsewhere the same day and have USPS deliver in 2 days coming from the same state. Imagine that. Thanks for nothing Neptune Cigars. read more

I had a good experience in beginning but after some time 7 or 8 month later my cost of same box went up almost 30 %. After some research I found a different supplier and told them that and the told me they would match. Now as I considered doing that I get the run around that the other vendor does not have it in stock so I don't get the match. Guess what I will take my business somewhere else and don't come back. That simple. read more

Neptune Cigars is the best cigar and cigar accessory retailer I've found online. Their prices and customer service are great. I'm a frequent cigar smoker and have made a few big purchases from Neptune since I found their website a month or two ago. Moreover, I have recommended Neptune to more than a dozen people at the cigar lounge I frequent. My experience with Neptune has been so pleasant I decided to post this review as well as a few others on the internet. I've also posted numerous positive reviews of their products on their website, neptunecigar.com. I rarely take the time to post internet reviews, but I've been so impressed with Neptune I felt compelled. I'll definitely continue purchasing from them. read more

During my first visit to Southern Florida, I made it a point to stop at every tobacconist I could find and Neptune was hands down the best. Neptune have a very good selection and great prices, I believe shipping should be better. These cigars don't come in a box when purchase in a 20 pack so when it was shipped Neptune did not put it in any protective hard box. just some bubble wrap and small cardboard box thats easily can crush during shipping, and no humidity pack for the shipping duration. I'm glad it arrive safe this time and not damaged. But over all I will order again Thanks Neptune! read more
