Everytime I come here everyone is extremely helpful and very friendly. The owner is always there and is extremely knowledgeable of her products. I went to have a Hookah session there last night and Paul was absolutely an awesome guy that made us feel at home and was very attentive all the time! He made sure we were having a good time which we definitely did. They have a CBD infused Shisha which I highly recommend the peach or blueberry. The manager or owner who was a woman was extremely rude, disrespectful, condescending, and UNPROFESSIONAL. I USED to come here ALL the time. Even after explaining my situation, she was still unaccommodating when I was inconvenienced because the wrong hours were on their site. I even explained that I drove from PALMETTO BAY because this one was the only one showing as open. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by an owner or manager of any store or facility in my life. Terrible store, terrible products at way too high of a price, low class establishment plain and simple. Oh and even better no returns, no refunds, all sales are final. According to their owner, "they had a lot of haterz on Instagram". They had to make a new Instagram page to reset from the absolutely terrible reviews they are getting on social media. I can tell you that hatred was not undeserved. I am a long time customer, I have spent more than 100 dollars on various products at this establishment. This incident started about 3 weeks ago when I tried to buy a torch lighter and the only one they had at the time was a very uncomfortable, and ran out of fuel very fast because of its uniquely awful design. I threw it away after a couple of uses not thinking too much about it. Eh it's a lighter, 5 bucks is kinda expensive for a lighter but w.e. About a week later I bought another lighter that turned out to be cracked and only lit a few times before running out of fuel, that's another 8 bucks because it was a bit less awful of a design this time around. I'm thinking at this point I'm just unlucky. Yesterday I bought a pretty expensive torch lighter at around 11 bucks. The man who sold it to me refueled it in front of me to make sure it was working properly. He got it to light in front of me but when I got home(15 min walk from the store) I could not light it. I refueled it a couple of time, I tried and tried and it just wouldn't light. 24 bucks in 3 weeks on lighters. Ok enough is enough I demand a refund. I asked for a refund, to be reminded of the store policy. I'm definitely expressing my anger with these people and there responses are something like... "I find it weird that all three lighters are broken", "I need a receipt with your card number" (I used contactless payment so the card number is virtual), "I don't need this attitude", "He is crying over nothing" (the owner had offered help to the customer behind me in line). This place is crazy low quality and even showing them the charges on my banking application that match up to charges on their system they don't have any inclination to help their customers. They sold me fake juul pods (I confirmed the pods were fake because the store is not on the Juul website's store locator). When I opened the pack and noticed something was off about the pods I returned to the store the worker assured me they were fine. I was not given a receipt either. I am insulted that they would sell me a knock off product. I would never shop here again. read more

So I called before coming to see if they have any butane. Specifically for An item that was 14 times filtered. I tried finding out what is the most filter can they have and I was pretty surprised that the person on the phone did not have a clue as to what I'm talking about. Now I have to drive to the store actually see for myself, person answering the phones does not understand their products. You should have a basic understanding of all the items you sell in the store. How else will you provide exceptional customer service for the client that is trying to make purchases at your store. I drove to the store and all they had was butane to fill lighters. Any decent headshop that knows what they're doing and what they're selling, is going to have a variety of butane. The girl on the phone couldn't help me because she said she was busy with clients. I was already around the corner driving to this place as I was speaking to her. I arrived right away only to find no customers in the store, and she was smoking a cigarette door. It seems like she was more interested in her nicotine habit in helping a customer's question to purchase. Needless to say, I came to another store, that knew what they were talking about. I came to this story last night at 8:35pm to buy some charcoal for my hookah. The owner (which is a blonde old lady) had her two VERY young children or grandchildren inside the store (a store full of items that are used to smoke all sorts of things, with the weed logo in every corner.) I tried to open the door but it was locked, they close at 9pm so I knocked on the door and the kids were the ones who acknowledged me while this lady was acting like I was a ghost. The reason I know she heard me is because the kids were literally right next to her when I made eye contact with them and they started to point at my direction and not ONCE did this rude lady look up. The kids came up to me (but never opened the door) and just moved their index fingers side to side, saying they were not going to attend me. I get in my car because I knew this lady was being extremely lazy and rude and was never going to open the door. When I turn on my car she starts to walk to the front of the store with the keys in her hands, so I'm thinking she might actually care about her customers and attend us really quick (sense they are technically still open she's just a terrible business woman, money is money lady and you're never gonna get anywhere with this trash service). So I go up to her and tell her all I want is to please get some charcoal, I swear she just looked at me and walked away. She ended up just double checking that she locked the door lmaoooo. I have never felt so disrespected by an OWNER of a store that isn't even suppose to be closed. I'm from this area and have a couple friends that have also been in altercations with this lady and the only reason we kept going back is because it's close to where we live lol. But after last night NONE of us will ever be returning to this terrible store. I REALLY recommend everyone who's looking for a smoke shop with amazing service and cheap prices, check out The U Smoke Shop on 1307 Sw 107 avenue Miami Fl 33174, it's a little far from west Kendall but it's definitely worth the drive I promise! read more
