Yes, Ive visited plenty of smoke shops but this spot stands out from the rest. The knowledgeable staff is what makes this place a 5 star establishment to me. Sometimes you need a little guidance to lead you towards the right purchase and their employees will certainly assist in that department. The variety here makes it easy to browse endlessly so there's no shortage in goods whatsoever. No matter the need, they have what you're looking for. I've been coming to this shop ever since it first opened up and it's never disappointed. The staff is always very helpful and gives excellent recommendations for anything I'm looking for. I don't know how long they've had a rewards program because I haven't been since I moved away, but that's always great for customers. Recently, I went to buy a new battery for my pen because the one I had was not working. I went to the shop and showed a photo of a friend's battery that conceals the cart, asking for a similar one. The guy working showed me a newer one and asked if the cart did not fit or if the battery was dead. I didn't know what was wrong, so I had brought my cart and pen with me to show. He then proceeded to see whether the problem was my cart or the pen. Apparently, it was both. He was able to fix my cart and sold me a matching pen because the battery was the problem. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and love that the pen has the Holy Smokes label. Even though I don't live in Miami anymore, this is definitely my go-to spot whenever I am in the city. read more

She's always doing a great job when I come here and she's always attentive and friendly, she took me straight to the Evolve plus and convinced within 2 minutes of her talking about the Evolve. Fantastic staff & great selection of items (excluding vapes..only had a pax 2 & g-pen on my last three visits) some of the custom pieces are worth heading over just to admire them for a bit. Prices where good on all my visits, great deals can be found for the savvy shopper,but otherwise prices are comparable to good online prices...but considering this is Miami they are severely out pricing the competition sooo.. The people who work here are super nice, down to earth, and just good people (which I find increasingly hard to find in any situation, especially retail, in Miami). If the shop isn't busy or if you take the time to wait while customers who know what they want and are in & out in a minute or two are taken care of, they will take the time to explain / show anything and everything in the shop to you (there's usually only one person working). Prices are very good for most things relative to similar stores in the area and also comparable to online prices. They have a great selection of pipes of all kinds and they tend to carry the more classy looking ones (my preference, by far) rather than ones that are covered in ugly graphics. That said, they do have pieces that are more creative but they are generally all pretty nice looking, rather than the cheesy stuff you'll find at many other stores. They have some cutesy stuff which I love and a lot of the pieces which look like medical flasks/beakers. They also sell Nag Champa incense, as well as other incense, scented candles, ashtrays, etc ... They have a good selection of rolling papers but a very small selection of tobacco - I REALLY REALLY wish that they'd carry a few different types of rolling tobacco (they currently only carry the American Spirit brand which is too thick of a cut for my taste & frankly just doesn't taste anywhere near as good as the better brands do) - actually, just one brand would be phenomenal & I would buy it here all the time - Peter Stokkebye's (which I have the hardest time finding anywhere around Kendall). Great shop with great people and a bonus is that on Friday evenings there are a bunch of food trucks parked out in front so you can get dinner after you stop in here. There's additional parking in the back of the strip mall, which normally isn't needed except on Friday evenings. It can be a bit hard to find on your first visit but use your GPS or just drive slowly on 137th Ave. when you're nearby and you'll see their sign (it's across from the airport and before the Lexus dealership if you're heading south). read more
