Are you a cigar aficionado or curious to learn about cigars?…read more Whether you are a pro or an amateur, Bushara Cigar Lounge (Formally Havana 1928 Cigar lounge) is an ideal place to visit. The renaissance themed decor and the ambiant lights create a welcoming and boutique style environment to enjoy your first or favorite stogie. Abel is usually there to assist with your selection(s) and to pair your cigar with the libation(s) of your choice. The new Management team is making and has made changes to make everyone feel like family.

Love this place. I live close to 3 cigars lounges and this is by far my go-to spot. The…read moreatmosphere is always friendly and inviting, the seating is very comfortable, and the cigar selection is excellent. They have membership options which would allow you to purchase drinks while you enjoy your stick, but you don't have to be a member to sit and smoke whatever you buy. They do have a small selection of water and soft drinks if you choose to stay and smoke. I opted for the membership just because I'm in there a lot. It's very affordable, and there's a few benefits you gain, so come in and ask Enrique, or the other Enrique! yes the owner and the manager share the name...and they will provide all the details. Great place to smoke, kick back, and meet a few new friends. Highly recommend. SIDE NOTE: This is worth mentioning because I see negative reviews about it, and I've experienced it with my own eyes. Like any other establishment in any other industry, you have to support the business to enjoy its offerings. So don't be that guy (or girl) that comes in to sit just to take a load off, don't be that person outside that decides they want to take a phone conversation on the outdoor seating that is there for customers. Dont wait for your DMV appointment in a comfy couch in the a/c, without buying a cigar. It's a business not a public park. I am in no way related the owner, or affiliated with the business...I'm simply a patron of the lounge. However, it's not fair to leave a negative review, when you haven't even experience poor service as an actual customer.

And while I'm not a drinker, I have stayed home and indulged a cigar now and then. Drew Estates has lead a rebirth of cigars. Made in Nicaragua, the Acid Kuba Kuba is my favorite. It's a 7x54 robusto. The cigar is one-of-a-kind, unique, and inspiring experience. The cigars are mild-to-medium bodied in strength. Drew also created a Blondie Blue 4x38 parejo. I find the same nice rich flavor as the Kuba Kuba. Drew Estates cigars ca be ordered online by most cigar retailers. Their website has a locator.

Unusual cigars. I smoked a "Natural" torpedo, done the right way with tapers on both ends. A good…read morecigar. Drew Estate appears to be an organization dedicated to going beyond the cigar standard, to return to traditional high quality smokes and to explore flavors and shapes that are new to the market. Eclectic is a good word. Would have been a 5-star rating, but their confusing web site and minimal customer service pushed it to a high 3-star, so in respect to what they are doing to the cigar market and smokers, gave 4-stars. Looked Drew Estate up and went to their very confusing, yet very metro web site, but could not find out more info. Contacted them by email and the curt reply was that they only outlet to a couple of cigar wholesales. Found them in one of my catalogs and ordered the Acid sampler. Received 10 cigar sampler along with some small cigarillos, which I did not find worth anything. Just loved their Toast and consider it the most delicious cigar I have ever smoked. Following are my ratings of their sampler: (And I fully understand that this is a matter of personal taste, so this is my palate. Yours might be, as I see by other reviewers, totally different.) Great: Acid Toast Very Good: Acid One & Acid Cold Infusion OK: Acid Atom Maduro and Acid Blondie (Blondie was just too short to be Very Good) Barely OK: Acid Kuba Kuba & Acid Extra Ordinary Larry Not Good: Acid Dynasty & Acid Nasty Made the 60 mile trip to JR Cigar north of Charlotte, NC and bought a box of Acid Toast. They had a deal going whereby if you bought an Acid box of cigars you got five free Kuba Kubas. I declined the free offer. I enjoy the Acid Toast sitting on the deck, reading a book. This is not a cigar to keep tossing to the ground playing golf, but to truly enjoy. Am looking forward to the progress and progression of Drew Estates.
