Service was great! Guided me well to find my needs. Learned a lot about some sweet products they have in the store.

Ziggy's Smoke Shop located at 2747 SW 27th Ave, Miami, FL 33133, is selling FAKE COUNTERFEIT "7Pipe TWISTY GLASS BLUNT". Please note: when these fakes are being smoked, the golden metal piece inside the glass gives off LEAD fumes, and the glass is not the same. The biggest concern about this fake is a health concern and that is when leaving a review is important. On 7Pipe's official website, you can visit their safety page and you will immediately be shown a photo of the COUNTERFEIT product that Ziggy's Smoke Shop sells in their store. I will also attach photos of my exact COUNTERFEIT product that I was sold at this shop so you can take a look at what to expect. I will be reporting this to the "National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center" and filling out a form as well. If anyone else is sold fakes from this store that can pose a threat to your health, please consider reporting the business using this link. https://www.iprcenter.gov/referral/view read more

Management has very little knowledge on glass and makes the time spent in there not enjoyable the place smells and the glass is overpriced last time I went in my vape didn't work and they wouldn't swap it out read more

Love Ziggys. Great selection of products and hand blown glass pipes. Everything you need. Staff very friendly.

Tried to call the cops on me for refusing to leave the store when they didnt wanna fix an issue with a faulty bowl. I didnt do anything near aggresive but they decided they were gonna call the cops regardless. Whole issue could of been resolved with either replacing, reordering or even fixing my piece if they claim to blow glass. Very diasapointed in the whole process from being personally suggested a piece, it breaking via cleaning product according to staff and then threatened with the police. The police have better things to do than to settle a broken bowl at a smokeshop. read more

This place has style, all the gadgets you'd ever want to look at, collect, and use. Very unique glass pieces. Check out the pic I took- I love the Bart Simpson piece. More about what I liked is that the store looked fully stocked, and I loved how late they are open till. Also- they host events, and that's cool because it gives you the opportunity to link with like-minded people. I'm down for that. What I don't like? - N/a read more

Ziggy's Smoke Shop - Vape Shops Near Me - Miami, Florida

When i went in i was greeted by the staff who was nice and they helped me with what i was looking for. But then asked for someone else with a key to open a case and the guy that opened it was very rude when trying to sell me on a new device. I agree with what he was saying but he was very unprofessional and rude in trying to sell me on the piece. He talked down to me and didn't make me feel comfortable in the shop because I wasn't taking his advice in the moment to buy a 500 dollar piece. "Im not gonna try and sell you on this I'll just tell you that you aren't smoking your shit right." Were his exact words. Don't believe this is the correct way to sell someone anything. I won't be returning I felt uncomfortable and so did the person I was with. A shame it's a nice place. Terrible service. read more

I didn't buy anything but lawd!! They have a quality stuff!!! I'm very impressed with the pieces they have. I've been to 20+ smoke shops in south Florida just curious which has the best glass and this by far is it, right after all in one smoke shop and after that vape and smoke. If anyone has anymore suggestions for me to try out leave a compliment. read more

Management is below average not very knowledgeable, the glass is outdated and over priced the vapes are always giving customers problems

This place is a rip off!!!!!! Don't buy any glassware it's all rom China and fragile! So much so that you may not get it home before it breaks and if you think they stand by their products they do not! I literally walked out side and down the block and the glass I bought broke went back and he tells me he can't do anything for me! What a rip off! They charged me enough to buy a dozen more and couldn't replace the dam thing! Everyone I know will be notified! Sending this in all my many chats to stay away from this place read more

Amazing merchandise, and staff. I got the brand new model of the Peak Pro. Unfortunately there was a factory defect in the one I picked out, which is highly unprobable, but they tested it out and found out it was in fact a factory defect. Easily could have been a super annoying experience, but Ransel and Ferni were there to accommodate. Great customer service, I'll definitely be going back. Just a heads up, it's best to pay with cash here! They have a tip jar as well!! Much deserved. Thank you guys read more

This place is way over priced and the customer service sucks. Bought something here and came back 10 minutes later to return it, even though it says all sales final which I understand the guy working there did nothing to try and help and pretty just said well you're SOL. Go somewhere else for your smoking needs. And on the way out even though he could tell I was upset he yelled at us.. we've got a 5 star review on yelp bro... not anymore cuz. 1 outta 5 stars read more

This was the only place I could find joint papers. The staff was nice and parking was easy right out front

Best smoke shop in Miami and everyone that works there is awesome. Great customer service and love all of their products. Amazing selection and beautiful heady rig room aside from the smoke shop with some dope art too. read more

I came here after I broke my vape pen's charger. I was immediately greeted upon entering. One thing I liked was that I didn't have a person following my every footstep or continuously being asked what I needed. I was given the chance to explore the store on my own and ask for help if I needed it. The store has various different things. Some are like a work of art!! Unfortunately, for me, I only went to get what I needed. I will definetly come again once I have more time. I do remember asking if they had the O.Pen vape pen but they only had the "Kit." I recommend that you sell the O.Pen Vape pen on it's own (not the kit). It is an amazing vape pen! Another great thing is that there's no minimum. Purchase required to use a debit card or credit card. I remember being explained that they just add .50 cents to the transaction. read more

They're disgustingly overpriced. I was charged $20 over the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price on a puffco peak travel pack.

Not very good customer service. They do not stand behind the products they sell. Please beware what you buy there, especially the higher price items. read more

Best shop in Florida without a doubt. I always get treated with love when I stop there. It may be a 45 minute drive from my house but it is worth the drive everytime. Today I got a few things for myself as always and they also had every color blazer which happens to be the only store in south Florida with those options. Thank you for always being clutch, Merry Christmas. read more

Hands down the best smoke shop in Miami ! Amazing customer service ask for ransel ! They have everything & anything you need.

If I could give them no stars and still write a review I would. This place scams the hell out of people. They up charge a stupid juul and charge you $32 for it and don't even give you the receipt. when you walk out and decide you don't want to pay that and want you're money back, they point to a small ass paper sign that says all sales are final?! Dude... final sale on glass, ok, but a totally overpriced juul?! False advertising ALL OVER THAT STORE! So disappointed I need to find a new shop to get my products at from now on. read more

0 starts. This is the first smoke shop I've been too that literally makes no sense. They way over price the vapes and they wouldn't let me change the vape when I tried it in store and told them that it tasted burn right when I was paying and it wasn't even the one I wanted and they wouldn't change it this is the first vape shop ever to do that. All of them ask you to try it in store in case doesn't work they can change it before you leave and they wouldn't even do that. Just gave $21 to this store for nothing. read more

They sell you used products, they sold me an old used EMPTY clipper. Overpriced products. Staff doesn't know how to resolve basic costumer service issues. Their return policy is made to trick you and they have no sense of moral with recurring costumers. Disappointed. read more

When I was growing up, smoke shops & head shops were often dark, seedy little establishments that more often than not, felt a bit dangerous (good or bad!). Ziggy's could not be more different! Whether you're looking for lighters, vaporizers, water pipes or accessories, this place carries the absolute best & highest quality items. The boutique itself feels more like an art gallery than anything else & their collection of glass pieces (some as much as $60K!!!) is really spectacular! They are now setting up a glass blowing area where pipes will be made on site! The staff is also great... Super knowledgeable & ready to answer any questions & help you in the selection process. Once a month (I believe) they hold movie screenings (last one was Pineapple Express) in the area behind the shop. Really cool spot with really dope merchandise & even better people assisting you throughout! Ziggy's definitely gives you a 5 star experience whether you are window shopping or in the market for ANYTHING smoke related! read more

Came across this shop randomly after eating just stopped in looked around and decided to get cigars, the employee Justin was very informative about all the products and answered all my questions that I wanted answered and made us feel at home while there instead of intimidated like most smoke shops. Wide and unique selection of EXTRAVAGANT pieces, rolling papers and everything you could need. I'd recommend to anybody looking. read more

Great little shop. Knowledgeable and super nice people. Large variety of items to choose from.

Awesome shop with a good welcoming vibe. They only have professional products (some are actual works of art) but there's a ton of affordable ones too. Highly recommended it even if it's far. read more

AWESOME smoke shop! All the pieces are beautifully crafted and made to provide the best smoking experience. Not only are their products amazing but the customer service is spectacular. The store is a bit out of my way but my experience was worth the distance. I will definitely be back. read more
