I wouldn't recommend buying vapes from here. I was a former employee and we were always out of our favorite's costumers vapes which are fumes and HQDS. One time out of three vapes do not work and are extremely expensive due to the area. If you walk a street down there is a vape store selling the same vapes for half the price. The manager Tariq is the most dysfunctional, unprofessional and manipulative person I've ever worked with to the point of me not wanting to come back. People are constantly in and out from this job. I worked there for approximately 2 months and I have seen 4 people quit in that span. It is a nice store, and feels very homey it just needs better management. I had commented on their instagram hoping maybe they would see it and reach out to me to fix the situation but instead they deleted the comments. My boyfriend and I had bought 3 vapes because they have a sale 2 for 1. we usually buy 1 but with the deal we said why not. We explained we live in miami and bought from them before but the very next morning we were taking a trip to orlando. The girl at the counter said that these vapes sometimes dont work so If they do not work to come back and they'll replace them. We are on the road to orlando and the vapes dont work, the light lights up but nothing comes out. Logically my boyfriend and I are like alright well when we come back we will go there and ask for replacements as we were told we could do so. We come back from our trip and stop by the store. The first man seemed confused and even looked around and said "i don't even see those flavours" I looked up once and saw them and pointed them out. He then grabbed two (the flavours that didn't work) and was handing them to us then took them back and said he needed to make a call. We said no problem take your time. We waited around the store then another man walked behind the counter and asked how he could help us. We said "oh it's okay this other guy is helping us" he said "it's okay how can i help?" we then explained the situation & he said right off the bat "no, there's nothing I can do". We said "really? i mean that's 44 dollars down the drain. Can't you just replace them?" We showed him the broken vapes, used them infront of him. He even agreed they were broken but could not help us. My boyfriend then asked "well can we speak to the manager?" and the guy said "I am the manager" so then we asked "well can we speak to the owner" the guy went silent for about a minute then said "The owner will be in tomorrow" My boyfriend said "Okay, what's the owners name?" and the guy said "you'll find out tomorrow, ask him tomorrow " My boyfriend then asked "okay well then what's your name?" the guy refused to give it to us I guess it's a sore topic for him?? Right after that the guy said " you talk too much" my boyfriend was like "what? I'm just trying to either get my money back or a replacment" and the guy said again "listen, you talk too much". We. we're so confused because not once did we say anything rude. We then decided that this wasn't going to go anywhere because this man just insulted us for no reason. We walk out of the store, we are OUT of the door, not saying a single word and that guy came running out from behind the counter and ran up to us (we are half way down the ramp outside) and starts saying rude stuff about our appearance, saying we are not "miami enough yet?" whatever that means even thought we've been living there for years. I guess "miami enough" is wearing tiny sunglasses a hat that doesn't fit and pants that are obviously too small because that's what the guy was wearing and he knows whos "miami" and who's not. I don't know if he was having a bad day or just has nepolian complex but as a BUISNESS!!!! ( i emphasize this because they seem to not realize they're a business based off of how they handled this) you take these types of reviews and comments and try and fix the situation so this doesn't happen again.
