My favorite smoke shop in the wynwood area. I love that they have literally everything even rap snacks, & the prices are decent. They're usually open, the workers are super nice & helpful. My only complaint is the lack of parking. read more

Midtown Smoke shop is located between wynwood, edgewater and biscayne bay area. Very central to many local spots. This smoke shop has all your smoke habit needs such as rolling paper, lighters, bongs, smoking devices etc. They also expand a bit and have drinks and exotic snacks available as well as some delta treats. Customer service is great and it feels like home walking into this place. read more

Midtown Smoke Shop - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Miami, Florida

A joke. Super unfriendly and way over priced. Shop else where. I went to three other stores in miami and was a much better experience. Guy didn't even know what he was talking about. Please skip this place. read more

I came all the way here to get a Vape and the store is closed this company needs to update their yelp hours on the other side though it look not very happy that I had to drive and waste my time though read more

I did not enjoy my experience at Midtown smoke shop. My first review got deleted. Upon walking in the store I was greeted with a smile and asked if I could be helped. Started great, I asked about a vaporizer I have been looking for since I moved to Miami. He proceeds to say "for loose leaf tobacco?" I stated "no and chuckled. Then I said yes, for tobacco." My boyfriend asked about a couple of the grinders, storage containers and wraps......I showed my boyfriend the area of wraps and he starts to tell the Associate a story. He tells him him "I know that brand my friend works for them in California, they asked me to design a wrap for them and shoot some girls using them. They said I can't shoot it with weed which is funny because it's in California." Then abruptly the Associate tells us we have to leave he cannot sell us anything because he said the word weed. I understand he is trying to follow a federal law but I also know we never said we were buying anything to use as paraphernalia. I also know that we did not break any law by telling a story about being sponsored by one of the companies you have in your store. This store has great product and the Associate tried his best BUT I still would not return to this store. We also have medical licenses which made it frustrating, it felt very unnecessary for the circumstance. read more

Called the shop and the man that answered the phone told me about some items I was looking for with a great price, drive to the shop, pay for parking, and everything mentioned on the phone appeared to either be a lie or out of stock. Businesses that do this should expect negative feedback, other than that it's a nice shop with slightly overpriced items for smokers convince near wynwood and midtown. read more

Great quick service! The guys working at the shop were very laid back and helpful while my roommate & I made our selection. It seems to be reasonable prices. We will definitely be back! read more

ATROCIOUSLY OVERPRICED HEADSHOP I've ever been in. They are selling items that cost $2 from China for $20 that can be had at other local head shops down the street for $9.99. What a JOKE. NEVER REFERRING CLIENTS HERE. Unless they are okay with paying a 200% premium and getting robbed. Employee working there at 12 today on Oct 2nd doesn't know how to bargain or offer lower prices. read more

For the most part if you've been to one smoke shop you have been to them all, this is not the case here. What sets this place apart was the amazing attention I received. Usually at a smoke smoke shop you get a small greeting or basically what you want but here he asked how are you and without asking me what I wanted gave me a tour of all the products and new stuff around. I was really interested in the E-Cigarettes and I may now even drop cigarettes because of this man Victor's attention. Come here for a unique smoke shop hospitality experience. They are top notch for your tobacco, e-cigarette and excellent pipe selection needs. read more

See all

Me and my girl walked in browsing not looking to buy anything, and walked out with a piece! Couldn't resist the killer deal we got. Victor was very helpful throughout and even gave us a gift! Thank you so much will definitely be back for all my headship needs read more

I just stopped in this afternoon trying to find a piece on a "budget"... as I'd just lost two pieces back to back.. Ugh!!!! I had the pleasure of meeting Joell (spelling!?.. Sorry). I told him what had happened and right away we got to getting it taken care of!!!! I'm a bit of a PITA about my glass... that trait, and budget don't usually play well together!! There were noooo worries here though!!! He quickly had three different options in front of me... but no rushing... he took time to let me think, and didn't snob me if I wanted to see something that he knew was completely overboard!! I mean laid back, easy breezy, super friendly... and he actually wanted to help me out!!! Not sure what more any of us could want from a shop!?! Pass by and check them out!!!! I know for sure I've found my new go to spot!! read more

I tried to stop by here several different times (three different days, all at different times, to be exact). Every time I went they had a "We'll be back in.." sign. Is this business a front?? How are they making money if they are always closed when they are supposed to be open?? I rather spend my money somewhere it is wanted. Thanks! read more

Best smoke shop is SFL. The guy who was there was super friendly and helpful. Their prices on all their glass is the best in the area, which is surprising for their location. I accidently stumbled upon the shop when i was getting a haircut next door, and though i would pop in to check it out. I was glad i did. Great service and great prices. I believe he was the owner and went way out of his way to make sure i got what i wanted. He answered all the questions i had and made me feel right at home. They are also an authorized Roor dealer which is a huge plus for me. I will be going back here for all my smoking needs. They also have cigars, papers, and every accessory you can think of. I really hope this place stays open because there are ZERO shops in this area, and with the great prices and friendly service it really needs to stay here. You will not be disappointed with this place. read more

Worst smoke shop ever I bought something from there never used it kept my receipt when to return it and they tell me all sales are final and they can return it... I didn't even open the item it was never used... The first smoke shop to do that to me... That's why you never buy anything from there except a bowl, and those are crappy too!! read more

It is a shame that the owner (I am assuming employee because I cannot imagine someone acting as unempathetic as who I encountered) has to be at their business at all times to avoid situations like this. I visited at around 6pm and the door was locked and sign said closed. This Google location said open and until 10 so I called the number on file. Was told the worker may have been in the restroom and that he would call him up. I guess I interrupted a great shit, bc he clearly acted like he still had it in him. Will not disregard this place for this one instance, but that was an uncomfortable few min in my interruption of his (work) day. A smile goes a long way. unfortunately, a bad attitude has a much more lasting effect. read more

I bought my first vaporaizer, battery was not charging , It took me 3 times to go back to exchange it but the new one was broken again, the vendor had to wIt for owner to authorize exchange that took over 3 days, I think they sell cheep refurbished units that they all have problems, The 3rd unit they provided they gave an atomizer that is weak for the battery and never mentioned this to me so atomizer burned out after a minute using it, When I went back again they gave me so so much attitude and terrible service Prices are very high, more expensive that all other places, at least 20 percent higher that competition and awful service, I would never buy anything else since they have the worst customer service and they sell terrible products that are broken and so hard to exchange after after, that's for electronic vaporizers but of you need cigarettes or rolling paper feel free to use the place, Parking around is also hard and you may get a ticket parking in front of it, I did buy over 5 vaporizer , , 3 of them cheep small one that I dropped and broke , 1 large one that I payed 110 dollar, despite I bought so many stuff on regular bases, I spent over 400 in a week, but I had so much problems exchanging and awful service , So many better smoke shops around , I suggest avoiding doing any type of buisness with this place read more

I used to come here all the time, they had decent prices on some pieces, and the staff was always nice. Lately though they've been very overpriced and rude. Not much to choose from either. There's plenty of other shops that are actually helpful and reasonable in the area. read more

Customer service was spectacular. Wide range of products. Found everything we wanted and more!

Ended up here with one thing in mind after searching other shops in the area with pretty crappy inventories. I was happily surprised by a wide selection of accessories and glass pieces. The guy who was working there (possibly the owner) was extremely helpful and really friendly to us. Was willing to show us how some of the water pipes functioned and gave us an awesome deal on the piece we finally decided on. He also threw in some freebies with the purchase, always a nice touch. Safe to say I will defintely be returning in the future. read more

After getting a hookah for Christmas, I took to Amazon to try and find all the goodies needed for an ideal hookah experience. What I was met with was proof of the continued need for personal service (that is, brick and mortar locales) in a world of ever-growing choice. Yes, on the one hand, it's great to have hundreds (if not thousands) of sellers vying for your monies, each competing by way of lower prices. However, if you're a novice (as I was/am), myriad avenues of varying information can prove more confusing than helpful. Where I browsed the interwebs for hours to try and figure the best coals, shisha, water levels, etc., it took me all of ten minutes at the Midtown Smokeshop to get all my questions answered. The dude behind the counter (whose name escapes me) was both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about hookah, which is important (even if illusory) toward making you, the buyer, feel like you're being helped instead of baited. I'm sure you, too, can appreciate the importance in this distinction. While likely a little pricier than just buying your supplies online, Midtown Smokeshop offers a bit more in the way of service, which more than makes up for the slightly higher prices. read more

Fast friendly service. Open late, Great prices!

Awesome! Tons of variety and they even wrapped the gift for me. Great customer service.

Went into the store before closing time and found what I want it. On top of that, they gave me a discount because of my birthday. How cool is that. Best shop in midtown. Great new selection of items. Must GOOOOO! read more

Beats driving to south beach! They Carry the essentials and I'm obsessed with their incense?? 10 for $2

Decent products..terrible staff. Came in for 2 very simple things. Felt like I was being rushed in and out and not able to make a decision. Asked for a specific product 3 times, the guy working there continuously told me he got it and was trying to check me out. Later realized he never gave me the item I was asking for. Clearly wasn't listening or didn't care. Would not go back there if expecting decent service. read more
