My brother found this shop on Instagram and insisted we go in search of chips from all around the world. We ended up driving out 30 minutes from our hotel to get here and it was the best decision we made. Raam, the owner, was such an amazing person. He gave us a run down on all the products he carried, the chips, chocolates, and even the collectibles he's selling as well. The hospitality was top notch. He gifted us a few items on the house and I will definitely will make it a part of my to-do list every time I'm in Florida to stop by for a shopping spree here. For about $60, we got an amazing amount of items. It was totally worth it, we got a few chocolates (KitKat and Ferraro Rocher), limited edition Lays, Pringles, and Cheetos. It's been a day and almost all the food we got is gone. I would say the value of these items was a lot more than money can offer since these things cannot be found in an everyday store or market. The woman helping me today was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly not trained in basic customer service. She spoke with attitude, was irritated when I asked to see an item, and refused to provide her name when I asked. Instead of helping me or recommending products, she rushed me and kept saying they didn't have anything for $15, even though I came prepared to spend over $150 because I just renewed my card. The service was loud, careless, and rude. If management reads this: your staff needs serious training. This location keeps losing customers because of the way your employees talk down to people. The first incident, I went in to visit my friend who worked there - he wasn't working and the man behind the counter had his head down looking at his phone so I left especially since I wasn't acknowledged. Next thing I know, the man chased after me around the corner and yelled through a crowd of people "Was everything okay?! Did we not have something?!". I felt harassed and racial profiled frankly... it felt like he was insinuating that I'd stolen something.. TWO years later, I decided to go back - big mistake! First of all, the cashier advertised "buy one, get two free" while it was actually the other way around so that's a slight yet significant difference... The real issue was regarding the ID machine. One of the men behind the counter looks at my ID and said "mmm it looks kind of weird" despite it being a real Florida ID.. He tries scanning it and it doesn't work but I let them know it has issues scanning at the airport sometimes but I can verify another way.. Then another worker comes over, admits to never actually using the scanner and the first guy says "well look. Something looks off about this ID".. So they fiddle with the machine for a 5 more minutes then I just tell them to give my ID back so I can go somewhere else. As I was walking out of the door, I heard "Aw yeah it was fake." Honestly I just laughed it off and took my business elsewhere... Looking youthful isn't a crime USmoke!
