The only thing on my platter that was okay was the fried fish. The yams are overly sweet, the collard greens had no flavor and tasted like it had sugar in it , the baked Mac and cheese was the worst I ever had. You can smell the goodness from outside. I like that you can customize your order and not stuck with a platter. I like they have different size/portion options. The perogies were delish: nice pot oat perogies smothered in onions and cheese with nicely charred kielbasa. You get sour cream and a sauce on the side which compliments it but really not needed. I loved how thin the brisket was cut. This is not a chunk of brisket but shaved slices. The brisket was perfectly Smokey, moist and just enough fat. The Mac n cheese was good either way a hint of jalapeño. I did add some garlic powder at home. It lacked a bit of seasoning. The jalapeño corn bread was so fluffy and perfect and the bacon sugar bbq sauce was my fave. I'll be back!
