Extremely difficult to schedule an estimate…read more I called in late March and was told to wait for the owner/estimator to call back for an appointment several weeks later in mid to late April. No one ever contacted me. I called twice again in late April. First time no one picked up the phone or responded to my voicemail. Three days later I called again and the receptionist would not connect me directly to the estimator so several phone calls were exchanged. In the end, only 1 appointment time was offered to me 9:30am and I asked to move it earlier to 9am since there were no appointments before me and I needed to attend a 10am work meeting. I was told nope. I gave up because it's hard to work with inflexible unresponsive people.

He and his crew are pros and are very talented stucco tradesmen. I had some work done by another company a few years ago and the quality was disappointing. Memo was able to re-coat the previous work and make it look 100% better. He and his crew also did new stucco on a large 2 story addition we built on our house. It all looks extremely good. Roof leaking, windows leaking, wood rot, termite damage. What a mess. Seamus has the skills (and in the case of the roof, the associates) to fix all of these problems. His team chiseled out all of the aged stucco and added new chicken wire, flashing and weep screeds. He removed all the rotten wood and essentially rebuilt the front corner of my house, including a decorative wall that was so leaky that its bones had completely rotted away. Then his team re-applied base stucco and let it cure properly before mixing a beautifully colored finishing coat that was perfectly textured. The house looks amazing now. I had been putting my head in the sand for years, ignoring all the growing cracks in the stucco and knowing that water was soaking the bones of my house. I have peace of mind now. They even constructed and applied a decorative gable feature that we requested. Our house looks brand new now! What we loved most about First Tier Exterior is that they have teams of employees skilled in different areas so they can complete ALL aspects of the job. That way, we didn't have to be in the position of coordinating different companies and workers (who then blame each other for problems with the job!)
