Extremely poor response and non-show to scheduled appointment and no communications on the non-show for the appointment. Firstly responded 2 days after I contacted them, I am fine with that, accept they were busy. Put an appointment on the schedule 1 week after they responded, fine they are busy. On the morning of the appointment I sent a message to Junior to confirm the appointment. I called at the time of the appointment and got VM and left message. Never got a call back. We are at the last stages of a very big remodel over several years, have worked with many contractors. This was a fairly sizeable stucco job. We thought our job was a bit of an oddball for a stucco company - we wanted foam molding (architectural trim) installed around the windows of our (stucco) home. We requested quotes from several stucco companies. Most never responded. A few quoted a price, sight unseen. Narco scheduled an appointment with their very capable project manager Alex, who arrived on time, discussed what we wanted, and sent a proposal. The crews that did the work are true craftsmen. They really have an eye for detail, and care about the quality of the result. And occasionally they serenaded us with a ballad to start the day! We had one small issue where a complex corner structure didn't look quite right. Excellent quality work, showed up exactly on the days they said they would, cleaned up after each phase of the project leaving the site clean and neat. Project was an outbuilding, and we wanted stucco to match our main house, which they did perfectly. I had constructed the building myself and wanted the walls and soffits stuccoed but hadn't installed the proper type of soffit vents. Narco redid the work putting in the right vent strips with no complaints or extra charge to me. The crew was organized and efficient, did the messy work of mixing the stucco on my driveway where it was easy to clean up, and minimized the impact to my neighbors. After my contractor left my stucco job midway, I hired narco plastering to finish it for me. They were thorough professionals from start to end. They spent half a day fixing the blotchy job my contractor had done, and then came back the next day to finish the final coat, which turned out really really good! Another guy then spent a whole day cleaning up my window and door exteriors to perfection! He even helped haul away all the junk that my contractor had unceremoniously dumped in my garage. Overall, very happy with their service and would highly recommend. The only downside was their high cost. I couldn't find another good plastering business on Yelp for my needs so I chose to bite the bullet. Like all the rest, incredible experience, even in todays crazy Bay Area busy contractors. Like others, very reasonable, his crew is on time, does great work, and cleanup is reasonable. I had windows put in by Lowes (crazy bad experience) and Junior was the polar opposite. Very responsive and made recommendations for the window trim (we did 2x4) and turned out incredible. Junior was all about communication and which exceeded my expectations. My wife said our house looks brand new (we had rotting wood siding and had to do something). Yes, we did the color in the concrete and the color turned out great (mileage varies here as Junior said). I am not sure its the newer windows we put in our "bonus" room, but the house seems warmer (its winter time), so the sealing of the stucco i think is helping an gaps that may have existed. I called Narcos with a small project: redo stucco around a sliding glass door that had been leaking during heavy rains for years from the top edge (a retrofit that didn't have a proper nailing fin). Junior recommended a z-bar (thin strip of metal flashing) to be installed along the exterior top edge of the door, and then squeezed my tiny job into his crew's busy schedule. They even managed to start earlier than originally promised (in just a week!). His lath and plastering guys were on-time, efficient and did great work.
