I found Guillermo and Rosemary very easy to work with. Guillermo worked with me on some last minute changes without missing a beat. I highly recommend contacting them if you want a good price and quality work! Only negative thing was OK but caught me a little off guard; The demo crew showed up 4 days earlier then the proposed start date. The guys helped me to the last of my work making room for the job before they could start there job...IF I had been given a little notice regarding the early start I would have been ready.

He personally designed and built our home's deck twice over the past 50 years--each one lasting 25 years. All told, it's probably 1100sqft of new pavers installed. Luiz was the only one to mention drainage issues from the start -- +1 for his knowledge and eye towards the bigger picture of homeownership (water problems amirite?). They dug up almost a foot of soil all around the home, removed some stubborn stumps that looked like they extended down into the cavities of hell, leveled it out, installed drainage, compacted, and dropped in the pavers. This was a pretty big project that involved some project management from our side to coordinate hardscape, softscape, fence, and shed installations over several months. Luiz and Neto handled all of this nimbly and worked with the other contractors we engaged with, making sure all of the pieces of the project fit in harmony. They gave several key pieces of advice to us new homeowners, as we planned and executed over the months -- things that we wouldn't have even thought of. From usability and function, to maintenance and durability, they guided us through all aspects of the renovation, not just the hardscaping. They even connected us with the softscapers, when our original contacts fell through and things looked bleak. My partner calls them our spirit animals.
