Almost immediately when I started my trip, my battery and brake lights came on. It turns out they cracked my radiator while replacing the coolant, and it was leaking all over the inside of my car. I had to replace my radiator and alternator, and all in it cost me more than $1500. The worst part? They wouldn't even refund me for the full cost of my service, only the coolant replacement. Vehicle mileage in on Sept. 25 was 40,452 Mileage out on Sept 28 was 41,198. Where did my car go this week and how did a new panel ding appear? 4. Estimate given increased by 58%. Why didn't service adviser call Mercedes to verify cost of chrome grill? Rim repair doubled in price. 5. Paid high bill then found grill had not been replaced. Waited 1.5 hours. Then running lights were not working. Waited again. Then tires had been inflated up front- deflated in back. Took GLK to tire shop to fix.

Major mis alignment of body parts and the door. This forced me to wait even longer to get my car back. They need better customer service and quality checks. If you have a lot of extra time to mess around, then this is the place to go.

Old town automotive should be avoided at all costs. Not trustworthy. I asked them if they could quickly check the code. She told me how much a full diagnostic was ($200) I should have left then. After the "full diagnostic" When I asked if they would charge me a "partial diagnostic" she said no. I asked for the Yelp check in discount $10 or $20 maybe? no. AAA discount ? No. After asking if the was anything she could do to help me out she finally caved and gave me the aaa discount because she "doesn't even subscribe to Yelp and can't understand them on the phone half the time." I don't know if it's worth noting... THE ONLY REASON I WAS THERE WAS BECAUSE OF YELP, It was 10 or $20 discount and they were already ripping me off...
