My son worked hard all summer to earn the money necessary to have repairs completed. He trusted your business to perform the work that was discussed and paid for. Unfortunately, we have since learned that the repairs he paid approximately $6,000 for were not completed. When we returned the truck to your shop to address the issue, we were told that the situation was the result of a "miscommunication" between the service technician and the salesperson. While I understand that mistakes can happen, a miscommunication within your business should not result in a customer being charged thousands of dollars for work that was never performed. This situation is particularly concerning because my son is only 17 years old. He worked throughout the summer and saved his money specifically to make these repairs to his truck. To have that substantial amount of money taken for repairs that were not completed is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
