After picking up the vehicle, I discovered the driver's side wiper blade had been badly bent while in their care. I called my service advisor and told him about the issue, and he immediately denied responsibility. I've attached a screenshot of the wiper blades from their walk around video at drop off, and a photo of the damaged wiper blade after I picked the vehicle up. Anyway, I stopped at Auto Zone and replaced my front blades for $30 on my way home, so it wasn't a big deal. It just should not have been returned to me damaged.

Because it wasn't actively blowing hot air at the time of the appointment, they were unable to fix it which is disheartening because I've been dealing with this issue for months now. Anyway, even though I walked away without a fix to my problem, I will say though they have easy scheduling online, and a simple drop off process for those of us who work during the day and week.
