Never and I mean never use Browns automotive in Rio Rancho they are a complete ripoff. What's…read moreworse is they refused to speak with me and Monica would just hang up when I would call. My son worked hard all summer to earn the money necessary to have repairs completed. He trusted your business to perform the work that was discussed and paid for. Unfortunately, we have since learned that the repairs he paid approximately $6,000 for were not completed. When we returned the truck to your shop to address the issue, we were told that the situation was the result of a "miscommunication" between the service technician and the salesperson. While I understand that mistakes can happen, a miscommunication within your business should not result in a customer being charged thousands of dollars for work that was never performed. This situation is particularly concerning because my son is only 17 years old. He worked throughout the summer and saved his money specifically to make these repairs to his truck. To have that substantial amount of money taken for repairs that were not completed is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Been doing bussiness with them for many years, When Ed Sinnott was the manager we were well taken care of very professional services. Will never do bussiness with this company again, Be Warned..

The air conditioner was blowing cold air when I dropped it off the night before my appointment and continued to work by the time of my appointment the next day. Because it wasn't actively blowing hot air at the time of the appointment, they were unable to fix it which is disheartening because I've been dealing with this issue for months now. Anyway, even though I walked away without a fix to my problem, I will say though they have easy scheduling online, and a simple drop off process for those of us who work during the day and week. One inconvenience though is they aren't open on weekends. I found a family member who will help fix my car this time around but I will consider them for the future.

I was scrambling to find a trustworthy and reliable shop that could do the repairs fairly quickly, as we were looking at also footing the bill for a rental vehicle. I called around to no less than eight shops on the westside, and Ignite was the most responsive and reasonably priced. Even though one other shop's quote was about the same, after speaking with Ignite, I felt much more comfortable taking the car there. Since not only getting the work done right, but also as soon as possible was so important, I was impressed by their willingness to squeeze us in between jobs if we had the car towed and there for them. So, I had the car there that afternoon. I was absolutely floored when the following morning, I received a call saying that the car was ready to go. In and out in less than 24 hours! Absolutely great customer service, and quality work with no B.S. or upselling. You can bet that they'll be the shop I call the next time one of our vehicles needs work that I'm not able to do myself.
