The floor broke quickly anyway. It was fixed under warranty once and Price Flooring told her she then had to buy a specific protective mat at her expense. She did that, too . The floor broke again. Price Flooring now told her to buy yet another, different protective mat at her expense yet again. Further, they attempted to charge her $400 to fix their worthless trash floor. Now, Price Flooring claims that the floor was NEVER UNDER WARRANTY because the office chair they assured her was fine to make the sale somehow voids the warranty. This, despite the fact that Price Flooring's salesperson advised her on the correct rubber wheels to buy in order to protect the floor. Apparently, Price Flooring magically became a charity when they fixed their own garbage products the first time. Either that, or a greedy company LIED to make a sale they otherwise wouldn't have made and stuck my mother with the consequences. Which is more likely? Mom will be eventually be fine because she has a construction lawyer in the family. There will be legal action. I agreed to it. She said they would be done in 2 weeks. They were returned to me in 4 months in the same shape, if not worse, than I gave them to her except they were re-upholstered. My chairs had split backs, which was the beauty of them, and one time they were returned with the backs nailed together. They were still shaking and the legs still bent in. They went back and forth many times to try again to repair them but to no avail. After several attempts Linda said that was the best she could do and that she never agreed to repair the chairs. I have text messages from her indicating otherwise which I had to send to my credit card company in order to get a partial refund. It was a total of 6 months before I got my chairs back for the final time and then I had to bring them to another shop to have them repaired properly, costing me more money. She lied, she was nasty and acted like she was not responsible. She actually made me pay to have the chairs delivered to my home after one of the repairs. She is dishonest and very difficult to deal with and I am happy to prevent this from happening to anyone else.

Dust covered my home from top to bottom. I just wanted them out when they were done so I could spend the next few days cleaning up after them. Be aware that this company only sells the hardware, the install and painting they farm out to 3rd parties, I had issues with the paint after a few month, painter ghosted me even though he gave me a 5 Years warranty. When he finally showed up the technician came with a small Allen wrench and told us the screw is stripped and he would have to cut off the handle to replace with new. It would cost $1000 nor under warranty because the screw is stripped. I called the store at least a dozen times, no call back was ever received and they also ghosted me. This place has no interest in doing anything but sell the doors and hardware, they don't care about their customers at all. STAY AWAY!

He made sure the correct grout color was being used. He's always a pleasure to work with. We previously had our travertine patio floor cleaned. We were so pleased with the results that we called KC Tile when we needed our porcelain tile floors cleaned and the grout resealed. We're amazed how clean the floors look. And the grout now looks like new. The workers were polite, professional and efficient. They even left us small bottles of grout if we ever need to touch up an area.
