Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea
Megha D.

I visited Gong Cha with my family on a Saturday afternoon. There's paid street parking that's pretty easy to find. Inside Gong Cha, the vibes are so calming and aesthetic and it looks like a cute spot to hang out! There's a kiosk you can order from or you can order from the register. I got the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea with less sugar and ice. My family also tried the green tea and a ginger one. I loved the taste and this drink was so refreshing. We hung out for a while as well and there was plenty of seating. Overall, cute spot and definitely one to check out in the Boro.

This spot comes to mind whenever I have a craving for milk tea! Along with their milk tea series, their yogurt and sparkling series are also my favorite! I wanted to try something new because I was using my buy 10 get 1 free promo on their app so I got the Strawberry Matcha Latte. It had a perfect consistency of strawberry and matcha taste and both the flavors goes so well together! The drink also came with strawberry pearls that were extra chewy; the perfect texture! Their service has been quick consistently and their staff were always nice and helpful to get my parking ticket validated. They also have poké and egg waffles if you want a snack with your drink!

I always love coming here they have a few little changes. They now have kiosk where you place your order. I get the tarp smoothie here and my bf got the mango green tea with bubbles. Both were delicious and refreshing! The music they were playing was good!!

I stoped by Gong Cha for boba with a couple of my friends after dinner last week. It was pretty empty when we first came. The spot is also a poke restaurant which is kind of cute. It's oddly dark though. Once we got our boba, we sat outside instead. It also took a while for our boba to come out but it got a bit more packed after a bit. The bobaristas (is that a word lol?) were all super sweet though.

It did take a second to get the 2nd part of my drink but always yummy tasty drinks here. Employees are nice and even with a line get the drinks right out

Hong Kong style mango drink, strawberry earl gray milk tea with pearl, strawberry marble green tea latte, (duplicate) strawberry earl gray

we ordered three drinks and liked them. presentation is cute. tea isn't that strong but the interesting syrup flavors really stand out. you can only order "little ice" instead of "none" which kinda stinks for delivery or walking around in the sun. if you don't stir well before sipping, you will get a blast of epically-sweet syrup into your mouth. thanks to the hardworking staff! recommend: - hong kong style mango drink - strawberry earl gray milk tea with pearl - strawberry marble green tea latte

Consistently bad. The service at this location is fast and friendly, but the drinks are consistently bad. The black milk tea was overstepped, bitter, and watery. The Mango marble was missing its usual bite and the earl gray had no flavor. The brown sugar tasted like nothing more than sugary bitter water with the powder. This specific location needs to work on its tea brewing and drink ratios.

Awesome addition to The Boro. Service was friendly, efficient and helpful. The brown sugar bubble tea was creamy with a nice molasses flavor. The guy working there was knowledgeable about the drinks and let me know which drinks can be customized. I wanted my bubble tea 50% sweetness and no boba. I think I'll be seeing this place more often when I come to The Boro. Good thing I don't live here; or else I will be here everyday.

Gongcha has the best quality tea out of all the chains. Not watered down and a good strong tea taste.

Their employees are all really hard workers but also working very hard... so service can be hit or miss depending who you get. The store is designed really well and the ambiance can be chill or busy depending on when you go, but it's generally a bit loud from all the drinks being made and orders called out, etc. I personally rank their fruit drinks as the best, followed by the matchas and then the milk teas. I love the option of being able to get toppings on the side and seasonal drinks that rotate every month or so. Highly recommend this place if you stop by Tysons Corner Mall.

Whether you are picking up a sweet treat or catching up with a friend, this is a recommended spot!

My friend and I were craving bubble tea after going to Barnes & Noble, so we decided to check out Te Amo since it recently opened here! The place is super cute -- very pleasing to the eyes with its white and pink color scheme. Their menu is pretty extensive, ranging from mille crepes and tiramisu to ube drinks, refreshers, and dalgona coffees. They also sell cute little things like keychains and tote bags! I got the White Moustache Ube Milk Drink + Strawberry Cream Sando, and my friend got the Strawberry Matcha Dalgona + Japanese Egg Sando. The drinks were SOOOO good-- The matcha foam was thick and fluffy, and the sea salt cream on my ube drink was just as good. The sandos... a different story. The kiosk said they take 5-7 minutes to make, but we ended up waiting around 30 minutes. We ordered at 7:43 PM, and people who ordered after us got their food before I even got mine. I eventually had to ask about my order because... where was it?? And when my sando finally came out, it was HALF a sandwich for $10... like??? Definitely not worth the price OR the wait. I'd come back for the drinks, but I'd skip the sandos next time. The drinks were a 10/10, also the boba was yummy too

Gotta love the names and Lei'd Island Kitchen's playful motto is "It's a great day when you get Lei'd!" Now who doesn't agree with that lol. You can dine in, order to go and pick up, or you can order delivery. They also offer catering. FOOD They have poke bowls, hot bowls, island rolls, and hand rolls (sushi). For the build your own bowls, you choose your portion size, your base, and your protein otherwise you can choose from one of the many traditional predetermined ingredients bowls and you can still specialize it. They also have sides like taro or tortilla chips with avocado smash, shrimp tempura, and macaroni salad. I got a wild caught tuna build your own bowl over rice. Delish! NUTRITIONAL INFO The fish is cut fresh daily. They offer seasonal flavors, have in-house made sauces, no seed oil, 90% gluten-free and there's an allergen sheet for those that need it. They offer a loyalty program and you can also join their mailing list. In the DMV area they only have one location in Tysons corner/Vienna, VA. I had salmon, edamame, corn, cucumber salad, ginger and eel sauce. It had a little too much ginger but that is easy to fix. A step below my usual bowls for a couple dollars more. Husband ordered the Koji chicken bowl and it was surprisingly small. It seemed like a weak version of a chicken teriyaki bowl. Daughter ordered the kare-kare brisket bowl and it was terrible. We really should have said something or tried to switch it out because she basically picked at it and left hungry. The brisket was dry and tough and it has something else that was like mush. They also charge a 3% credit card fee, which I get is becoming more standard. Overall, it was probably a 2 star visit for us, but I think it is likely better than that most times.

This place open until 1AM!!…read more I went around 10PM on a rainy day. The pho soup quality was still super good even though it's almost closing time. The texture of the noodle itself is really soft and a little sticky. That's how I like my noodles. I have not come across this noodle type at other pho. The quality of the beef brisket was so tender and fresh. The soup base is so good you could probably finish drinking all of it. You order at one of the three touchscreen kiosks or with a staff. The waiters are friendly and work fast. Note, you have to clean up on your own. The tables aren't the best tbh but I like the lighting. It's not fancy but it was working for me. The food taste great but you're definitely paying Tyson prices at $20 pho. The smallest, tinest drinks are $5 At night, the parking outside has plenty of spots.
