I'm not sure what the thing was that made them have line up's to order but I saw Jasmine tea on the menu. I ordered a hot version with their recommendation of sugar. After I tried it - I was hooked on this. I was worried it would lose that jasmine essence somehow when it was so busy but it didn't . The only thing I would say was a little off putting is the flow of product out in this to-go space. From back of house to customer - it's a little awkward. I saw 4 numbers ahead of mine completed - their process of prep made customers wait including me a little longer than necessary but the end product I can say was very good for the wait. The milk balances out the tea bringing the drink to a creamier and smoother finish. The boba was cooked well. Its chewiness was just right and it had a hint of sweetness. The Taro Fresh Milk Tea (4/5) was also delicious. I really liked how they used real taro instead of powdered ones. I do wish they had a lactose free milk option instead of just oat milk.
