It wasn't water that I wanted, it wasn't a fizzy soda, surprisingly not even a beer, but fruit juice. The body wanted it's electrolytes and nothing could satisfy that craving except real fruit. This place does not mess around. Fridge is stocked with fruit. You'll see them cut them open, scoop them out, blend them together, and make your drink in front of your eyes. We watched them make the drinks and there's at least a cup and a half of real fresh mangos in the drinks. There's like a meal in the cup. The grapefruit tea actually has slices of grapefruit - never seen that before and just the right sweetness (even with me asking for no sugar) with the tartness of grapefruit. Ordering off Uber here is similarly quick/efficient. My go to pearl milk tea at this store has been 100% consistent over multiple years and Coco remains the best bbt I've had, with the strongest tea flavour. I honestly don't go anywhere else because it feels watered down. I avoid the Bristol Rd location after ordering there once and finding the bubble tea weaker in taste than other Coco locations. I recently tried the 3 Guys milk tea (pudding, grass jelly, pearls) and enjoyed it more than I expected to - there's a lot of grass jelly and pudding in the drink so some people might not enjoy the texture of it, but it adds a unique twist to the flavour of the tea. The grass jelly flavour doesn't come through that strongly, so even people who dont like grass jelly might enjoy it. Their monthly specials on their website (also advertised in store) are a good way to work through the menu, but they don't always update the site on time so specials listed are out of date. However, it is great that Coco consistently pushes out new/seasonal drinks to try, often with pretty unique flavours (ex. dragonfruit smoothie/slush). Drinks are also customizable to 30/50/70% , which is nice for people trying to destroy their wallet but stay mindful of their health

We always do a bubble tea run after dinner, and since the sun was setting and this was in the same plaza as the place we ate at, we decided to go. It's a tiny little shop that's easy to miss. There's no seating as far as I saw and the waiting area is quite narrow. This is more of a grab and go place. The employees were quick and helpful, and we got our orders fast. I had the coconut cream tea. It was decent, but the coconut taste wasn't super present and the drink had a powdery artificial taste to it. My boyfriend got the watermelon slushie which I thought was much better. It tasted exactly like fresh watermelon. He ordered it with no sugar, which was good since the drink had natural sweetness. Overall, I would go back again, but I'd maybe try something different. I'd give this place 3.5 stars.

I think $10 for a large is reasonable compared to other bubble tea stores. They switched up their tapioca recipe last year and I'm not the biggest fan so I usually ask for less tapioca in my drinks. There is also plenty of seating space at this location. The only reason I gave one less star is because service was slow (there were only a few people in there) and the person working was not friendly.

The person who served me went from using a pen and register to automatically making my drink. Didn't bother washing her hands. I was really put off by this. Secondly, the blender contained some mixture in it already and was sitting aired out without any cover or lid. I should have said something but she was already annoyed that I forgot to mention no sugar in my drink while placing an order. The amount of ice to mango ratio is unbelievable. I'm basically drinking ice with a hint of mango flavour. What happened to this place. They bring in cartons of mangoes and can barely afford to enhance a drink flavour that they supposedly advertise as being all mango! I won't be returning to this location. They have housemade tapioca and the basic toppings available at an extra charge like coconut jelly, grass jelly, mango jelly, mango chunks, popping boba, etc. They also have - though can't confirm I saw it at this location - whey protein powder available as a topping. I made a visit today, just now! A Tuesday evening around 9:30pm. There were 4 people ahead of me - some movies at Cineplex had just ended so there was a customer rush of orders. The wait for my drink was 5 minutes long. I didn't have much interaction with the staff beyond getting served my drink. Some technical issues going on with their kiosks but I'm so happy they've opened a location in this building so I can grab a BBT after I watch a movie. Also LOVE that they replaced the old BBT spot that had suspiciously similar branding that you might mistakenly order from if you weren't paying close attention (me). Ordering is mostly via kiosks but I believe if you're paying with cash or experiencing technical difficulties, a staff member would be available to take your order. They have a rewards program so you can get discounts on your purchases. This time around I ordered a Medium Honey Green Teas with regular ice, tapioca, and regular sweetness which cost $6.99 total (there's currently a tax holiday). I've been on a quest to find a honey green tea that tastes like Arizona iced tea lol. My favourite drinks to order are the house special mango diamond slush which is mango slush with mango chunks, mango pineapple slush (a more tart version of the mango smoothie), durian slush, carrot juice, taro slush (has that satisfying artificial flavour), and the sweetened green teas. When I'm not lactose sensitive, the house special milk tea is also a great deal that always satisfies my milk tea craving. Just to mention some of the many drinks I've had: I've had the watermelon slush and its refreshing in the summer but as watermelon tends to be, the flavour tends to just feel like sugary water. I've also had the avocado smoothie, which is a rich avocado flavour. The warm honey lemon green tea (and all their warm fruity / sweet non milky teas) are great and natural but I hate the way that pieces of fruit tend to get leftover that the straw can't pick up. The matcha smoothie is also okay but it never mixes properly and so you end up drinking all the liquid but leaving the ice leftover. The strawberry banana smoothie is just ok.

Overall, I haven't ordered all the drinks but have enjoyed the mango drink each time I order.
